00:01My name is David Rush and I have broken over 200 Guinness World Records titles.
00:07Today I'm going to show you a few records including the fastest 100 meter dash while juggling blindfolded,
00:14the fastest mile run while juggling blindfolded,
00:17the most behind the back frisbee catches in one minute,
00:21and the most apple slices in one minute while juggling three knives.
00:30These are all extremely difficult records that require countless hours of practice.
00:51But when I approach it with a growth mindset believing that I can get better at this,
00:58what happens is slowly but surely I get better.
01:02And the more I practice, the better I get.
01:08Come on!
01:15I started with juggling records, branched out to balancing,
01:18and now literally any record I see I'd be like,
01:21okay, is that one I want to spend the time, energy, and effort practicing?
01:25Because I know I could break virtually any record with enough practice.
01:32A common question I get is,
01:34when did you discover you were so good at breaking world records?
01:38And the thing is, I didn't discover it.
01:40I chose to become good at those things.
01:42I like that.
01:43I like that.
01:44I like that.
01:47I like that.
