00:00Do maybe like more re-educational things with people that are shoplifting to try and get me to stop, you know, in the future.
00:07I think you should take pictures of them, pictures of them and put them on the actual, like, stores so people can identify and realise who's doing it.
00:16And then actually, when they do come around, you can spot them and avoid the theft.
00:21If I was a security guard, I wouldn't want to chase after someone like that for minimal.
00:26I wouldn't say the pay is great either. I'd say if you want people who are going to be more dedicated to stop people stealing things, have it so you're paid more and you get, I don't know, a boost from catching people.
00:37But if the percentage of items going missing goes down while you're there, I think you should receive some sort of benefit for that based on your skill level.
00:45If people come by, shoplift, you can't really do anything about it.
00:49But I think there should be put, you know, certain policies or something to, you know, help prevent this stuff from happening anyways.
00:55If you can prevent the issue from occurring in the first place, you'll prevent the whole effect from going on.
01:00I wanna keep seeing it from following if you have a friend.
01:01I wanna keep seeing.
