00:00I don't think it's the shops really, there's nothing really more that shops can do, you know what I mean, they've already got cameras in there, security, that sort of thing, but it's still happening, you know what I mean?
00:11I think they can use technology and use artificial intelligence as well to stop this because in Dubai they've already introduced shops where you don't even need to check out, you just pay, you just take the stuff and then you walk out of the door and it will automatically calculate what stuff you bought and that will take it off your property.
00:30So you can use more automation and more technology to help avoid this.
00:36Fines if you get caught shoplifting more, more tags on each item, be more visual about it.
00:44It's ridiculous, they're chucking more food than what they sell and if they could help somebody with it, why not? That's all I can say about that mate, sorry.
