With concerns that some UK car parks are deliberately making things difficult to issue more fines, we ask locals if they think parking operators are being unfair and whether they've had bad experiences themselves.

00:00I think that's true. I've been victim of some as well, myself, especially in certain areas of London.
00:06I've seen that when you go park your car there, the signs are not enough to make you realise that this is actually a paid parking.
00:13Particularly when a lot of them are paid by phone. I mean, I can cope with it because I'm fairly tech savvy,
00:20but I'm sure other people who are my age and older struggle and therefore get caught out.
00:25Yes, yes, it's not just in car parks, it's all over the country, on the streets, anywhere, mate.
00:33I don't believe you should have to pay £15.60 for six hours parking, yeah?
00:40Like a pound an hour to me is excessive, it's a parking space.
00:45What would you rather look at the car being sat in a parking space where it's not burning petrol and using CO2,
00:51or would you prefer doing laps around the block, causing more CO2 problems, causing pollution, causing more problems?
