00:57One, the obligations of Israel as an occupying power, as they have been detailed in the Malaysian's written statement as they will be summarized in our presentation today,
01:07are established to accord protection to a people under foreign occupation.
01:11Second, the obligations of Israel as a member of the United Nations, are established in pursuit of the organization's purpose to develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination.
01:25Third, the recent policies and practices of Israel, especially with respect to UNRWA, do not only constitute violations of its obligations as an occupying power and as a member of the United Nations.
01:37Rather, taken together, they are also in serious breach of each of the four aspects of the right to self-determination of the Palestinian people.
