00:06attach a video to your email on the desktop application Microsoft Outlook

00:11using a Mac computer whatever they do let us start the video so in this

00:15tutorial you need to have access to a Mac computer have access to the desktop

00:21application Microsoft Outlook as well as a video that you may have recorded via

00:26your iPhone Mac computer iPad or any other device and then transfer that to

00:31your computer we cannot start the tutorial before I start this tutorial I

01:07the video so now let's go down to the dock go to launch plan search for the

01:15Microsoft Outlook application enter to open up the application itself wait for

01:19that to load once it has loaded we will compile an email by navigating to the

01:24top left corner of the screen where it says new email let's not compile the email

01:31itself so hello this is a test email please see the attached video

01:44kind regards sent from the admin now let's turn the attention to the recipient we

01:59will be sending this video to the computer science videos business at gmail

02:02account there we go click on the name to expand the email itself computer science

02:08videos business at gmail.com the subject let's just say test video before we send

02:15let's not minimize the email as well as the application itself now let's go to

02:21run to the talk go to the find application go to movies go to the videos

02:26folder select a video highlights command C to copy go to the desktop command V to

02:34paste close finder right click the video get information and there we go we have a

02:40very small video in size half a megabyte in size so we can now go down to the

02:50dock again go back to the application as well as the email that we have compiled

02:56now let's attach a file they should take us directly to the desktop where we have

03:00the video click on this now go to choose that should be uploading to this email

03:07and so now let's click on send via the notification we can see that the email

03:17itself has not been sent let's not minimize our look for the moment now let's

03:22go over to the dock go to our additional web browser Google Chrome click on this

03:27wait for that to load once that has loaded let's navigate to our email inbox via

03:34gmail click on this there we go click on this test video this is a test email

03:41please see the attached video kind regards admin click on this couldn't preview file

03:47there was a problem playing the video we would have to download that video once that

03:52has downloaded click on this and there we go so we can now play the video analyze the

04:01video we can now quit quit time player we can now quit Google Chrome we can now go

04:10the ground to the dock go back to Microsoft Outlook we can now quit Outlook
