00:13application using a Mac computer without further ado let us start the

00:17video so in this tutorial you need to have access to a Mac computer have

00:22access to the desktop application Microsoft Outlook we can now start the

00:28tutorial before I start this tutorial I would like to say that you are more than

01:06to launchpad go to the Microsoft Outlook application search for this enter to

01:11open up the application wait for that to load once that has loaded you should be

01:16signed into the account if not go to the previous tutorials and see how that is

01:21done and then come back to this one so let's not compile a new email on the top

01:28left corner of the screen where it says new email this will open up a new window

01:33for us to compile the email itself before we send or add a recipient let's

01:40compile the email to say dear

01:45right hand that's my name comma this is a test email kind regards the admin full stop and then what we

02:10would do in the near future is add a signature or already have that in the

02:17email before we compile and send now let's go to to type in the name choose the

02:27correct email address which is the first one double click on this to expand to see

02:33where this will be going choose a subject test email we can add additional

02:41information to the email whether it's a file a photo a video a link and

02:46whatever that will all be for the future tutorials of this subject how to use

02:55Microsoft Outlook on the Mac computer so we can now either schedule send which will be

03:01another video or we can send now we have sent that email as you can see with that

03:09notification on the bottom of the screen the email has been sent we cannot

03:13minimize outlook for the moment now let's go around to the talk go to the web

03:18browser which is a far in this case now let's navigate to our main account on

03:22Microsoft Outlook go to office 365 navigate to the Outlook application on the web

03:32browser let's now go to our email that was received and there we go dear Rayhan this

03:40is a test email kind regards from the admin I can respond if I need to that's all

03:46for another tutorial we can now quit Safari we can now go down to the dock go back to Microsoft Outlook
