00:14computer without further ado let us start the video so in this tutorial you need to have access

00:20to a mac computer have access to the desktop application microsoft outlook we can now start

01:01around to the dock go to launchpad go to the application microsoft outlook search for this

01:08open up the application wait for that to load once it has loaded make sure that you are signed

01:13into the account now what we will does go to the left top corner of the screen go to new email

01:19before we add the recipient let's now compile the email itself so let's just say hello

01:27this is a test email

01:32full stop kind regards

01:37comma sent from the admin let's choose a subject which is test and now let's go to

01:46to and type in my email address rayhan at computersizevideos.com

01:54in the previous tutorial i did demonstrate to you how we would carbon copy an individual into the email so

02:01both individuals would get that email and they could see that the other has received the email but in this

02:10tutorial we are now taking that one step further and using bcc which equates to blind carbon copy

02:19the person that this has been sent to will not know that another individual or individuals have

02:26received this email so let's just go to bcc now type in computer science videos business at gmail.com

02:35and there we go double click on this to expand and so we can now either schedule send or send now

02:45let's send now we receive that notification to say the email has been sent so now let's go

02:51and minimize outlook for the moment now let's go to the doc go to the web browser which is safari now let's

03:00go to microsoft outlook web-based and sign into the account or you should be signed in let's now go to

03:11outlook if you're not sign in you will be required to authenticate via the authenticator app

03:25just approve the sign in that's fine

03:31and now we can see that an email has been sent

03:33to ourselves only the other recipient who was blind carbon copied into this email is not visible

03:44so we can now quit safari for the moment now let's go all the way down to the dock

03:49go to launchpad go to the web browser google chrome now let's navigate to our gmail account

03:55once we see the web browser pop up on screen there we go

03:58let's go let's go to gmail and we should have an email on screen

04:04that shows us this was sent to the main account and we were bcc'd into this email so

04:14we can now quit google chrome let's now go all the way down to the dock again go back to

04:18microsoft outlook we can now quit outlook and so that's it for this video i'll see you guys in
