00:00Computer science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05insert a basic signature to your email on the Microsoft desktop application
00:11using a Mac computer without further ado let us start the video so in this
00:15tutorial you need to have access to a Mac computer have access to the desktop
00:20application Microsoft Outlook we cannot start this tutorial before I start this
00:26tutorial I would like to say that you're more than welcome to subscribe to my

00:56focus on the video so now let's go down to the dock go to launchpad go to the
01:03Microsoft Outlook application search for this enter up to open up the application
01:09we can now go to the top left hand corner on the screen where we have new email
01:13let's now compile the email hello this is a test email kind regards and then we
01:28would follow up by saying this is the admin but in this tutorial we are looking
01:32to insert a very basic signature that we could have created or will create as part
01:39of this tutorial so let's go to signature we can add a signature by clicking on this and
01:46then this will take us to edit signatures where we will create or we can add the
01:49standard or admin so let's just make sure that we are beneath the email so click on
01:54signature click on admin and there we go the admin's basic signature has now been added
02:02to the email so we cannot go to add recipient as before we will always be
02:08sending the email to the computer science videos at gmail account double click on
02:15this to expand just to make sure that it is the computer science videos business
02:19at gmail.com account within the subject we will say test email and now we are ready to
02:28send this email click on send via that notification we can see that the email
02:35has been sent we can now minimize our look for the moment now let's go to the
02:39dock go to launchpad go to the additional web browser google chrome click on this
02:45wait for that to load once that has loaded go to the top right corner where we
02:49have the gmail shortcut this will take us directly to the account click on test
02:55email and there we go hello this is a test email kind regards and then we have
03:00that signature admin the mobile phone as well as the website so we can now quit
03:06google chrome we cannot go all the way around to the dock go back to Microsoft
03:09Outlook we can quit Outlook and so that's it for this video I'll see you guys in my
