00:00From the Red Hot Chili Peppers, please welcome Mr. Chad Smith to the show.
00:06Good morning, Chad.
00:09Oh, there we go.
00:11You know, just people in there just hired just to clap loudly.
00:15That's what I do.
00:16That's us.
00:17Yeah.
00:17Gotta have clappers, man.
00:20How do I get that gig?
00:22Hey, Chad, I wanted to ask you, man.
00:25So Stone Harbor is where this is going to be.
00:27There have been sightings of you at the Jersey Shore before.
00:32No?
00:33What do you mean no?
00:34I've never been to the Jersey Shore.
00:36Tell me about the sightings.
00:37It sounds good.
00:38Are you serious?
00:39We have heard there's somebody that maybe that looks like you.
00:42It has to be.
00:43That people have sworn up and down that Chad Smith haunts.
00:46We all know who that is now.
00:48Don't.
00:49Will Ferrell out there?
00:52Some other dude.
00:53Some other really good-looking guys out there, too.
00:57I have not been to the infamous Jersey Shore.
01:02This is my virgin experience.
01:04So, yeah.
01:05What should I expect?
01:07Well, it's beautiful.
01:09Stone Harbor is a gorgeous area, first of all, that you're going to be in.
01:12And it's just, well, you're going to be down there for Memorial Day weekend.
01:16So, in fact, that part of the state actually weighs more than any other part of the state
01:21this time of year because everybody is going to be flooding down that way.
01:24But it's just people dying to get out and enjoy summertime.
01:28So that's the kind of vibe you're going to be digging on.
01:30Beginning of summer.
01:32What a summer to start beginning, right?
01:34Yeah.
01:35Well, you're also dealing with the fact that restrictions are getting relaxed and people
01:39are, you know, as the vaccinations are going out and things are becoming more normal, I
01:45think you're going to get a very exuberant response from your art collection.
01:51And how long has this been a thing for you?
01:54Because obviously you have the artistic outlet of the music, but a lot of times, you know,
01:59people like to dabble in other stuff.
02:01How long has this part of your life existed?
02:03Well, I would say I've been doing this particular thing about five years now.
02:12And this company called Scene 4 in Los Angeles approached me.
02:16And it was really their kind of idea saying, look, here's how they presented it to me.
02:27We would like to put you in a dark room, completely dark, with these light-up fluorescent drumsticks.
02:33It's a different color.
02:35And have you improvise a solo or do whatever you want on the drums.
02:39And we're going to photograph you at different angles with different shutter speeds.
02:43And people that know about photography, the shutter speeds slow and faster, make things
02:48blurry, all that kind of stuff.
02:51And then after that, you can change the color and you can manipulate it on different canvases
02:57and do all kinds of modern post-production stuff.
03:02And, you know, how does that sound to you?
03:03And I was like, oh, it sounds pretty cool.
03:05It sounds psychedelic.
03:06And it's a connection for me from music and drumming, which is obviously my passion and the
03:13first thing that I've been doing since I was a little kid.
03:15And so it made sense to me in that way.
03:17So, yeah, that's what we did.
03:20And that was about five years ago.
03:22And then I have a second collection.
03:24It was so much fun.
03:25I did it again.
03:25And this time, though, I started adding afterwards in post-production.
03:31I really wanted the power and energy and explosiveness of how I was trying to portray the drumming
03:39to pop out on a flat surface, which is really the challenge because music and drumming is
03:48so physical and obviously, you know, it's an audio experience.
03:54But to try to get that, you know, translate that onto a flat surface is, you know, something I was interested in.
04:03So, yeah, so I've been adding things to it to embellish it, to bring out those feelings that I want to convey on the canvas.
04:13And it's been a lot of fun.
04:14And, you know, I'm just going for it.
04:19There's no, you know, there's no art police that's going to come and say,
04:22Hey, you can't do that.
04:24That's a good rule.
04:26You're supposed to do, you know, whatever.
04:28And so I don't really, I'm not really concerned with that.
04:32I just, if it touches people emotionally or whatever sort of, you know, reaction you can get from art, any kind of art, I'm down.
04:43So it's really, I'm using my drumsticks as brushes.
04:49And actually there are brushes that people use on the drums.
04:51And the drums are my canvas.
04:53And I can express myself any way I want.
04:56That's wild.
04:57We've had a few other rock stars by here that have taken to artistic and oil paints and various mediums.
05:04And a couple of them actually have been drummers.
05:06We have Mickey Hart of the Dead.
05:09Rick Allen of Def Leppard as well.
05:12Do you guys, is this a community, drummers who go into art?
05:15You know, like a drum circle, a beat circle or an art circle or whatever.
05:22You know, Stuart Copeland does it.
05:25Bill Ward from Black Sabbath is a drummer from Journey.
05:28A lot of people, I don't know.
05:30Maybe it's a drumming thing.
05:32I asked Mickey about it, actually, because I saw that he did it.
05:37And I asked, and he's with the same company that I did.
05:41And obviously our thing is always very different.
05:45But just to, you know, get a feel for it and how the people were to work with and all that.
05:50And he was very positive about it.
05:52So, yeah, I don't, yeah, I guess it's a thing.
05:55Who knows?
05:55You know what's interesting, though, is because you talk about that there's no art police.
05:59And I think, you know, as a musician, and this is your livelihood and so on and so forth.
06:04And albums get, and songs get critical reviews and so on and so forth.
06:09This is, it's sort of liberating in a way to tie into an aspect of what you do and have that.
06:14And I don't give a rat's ass aspect to it to just be purely something you feel at the moment.
06:20And no, I don't care how it's judged.
06:22This is what I want.
06:23If you make art and you're worried about what other people think and you're making it for someone else than yourself, I mean, it's not selfish, but you really, you have to be okay.
06:36You know, you have to love it.
06:37And, you know, you don't always love everything you do, but you have to do it for yourself and come from the heart.
06:44And that's authentic.
06:44And if you're making it for other people or what other people think, music, film, photography, whatever it is, art, then you're already out in a different place.
06:55And I don't, that's not where I'm coming from.
06:58So, no, I don't, I don't, I mean, do I want people to like it?
07:03Sure.
07:03Do I want some people to hate it?
07:05Yes.
07:06I want action.
07:07I don't want, eh, eh.
07:10Yeah, right.
07:11You don't want that as an artist.
07:12Do you want people to love it or are they, at least for me, I want, I want a reaction.
07:19So, I think that's good and you take a risk and you grow and change as an artist.
07:24That's really important.
07:25And I'm just doing that and people don't like it.
07:27Fuck them.
07:29Ah, I have to dump out on the app, Bob.
07:31But listen, Chad, so I have a question about that and the difference between creating music and creating this as tangible art that you can hold and touch and really take in.
07:40Now, if you create something, a piece of music, it goes out into the world, people purchase it, that's great.
07:47But you still have that.
07:48When you have a piece of art, if you create something that you really love, do you want someone to buy that and have them appreciate it?
07:56Or is that something you want to keep for yourself?
07:57Is it hard to let go of something that you've created that you really, really like?
08:00Yeah, that's a good point.
08:04And also, I can use the music analogy.
08:07It's like you make your songs in your garage or wherever you're at and you write these songs.
08:12And with our situation, there's four people in a room and you come up with something.
08:16And if it's really great, it touches people and people connect to it.
08:21And then it's theirs.
08:23You know what I mean?
08:23It's really no longer yours.
08:26Once you put it out into the world, it's for everybody.
08:29And, yeah, I don't, I mean, if it's something that I made, I guess this is the one thing that would be different.
08:36It's a tangible one thing.
08:39If I really liked it, I would keep it.
08:41Okay.
08:42Yeah.
08:42That makes sense, right?
08:44If I was like, I want to have it.
08:45I want to.
08:46But for most things, it's like, you know, I'm doing it to express myself and share it with other people.
08:54Yeah, Chad, my girlfriend's a painter and occasionally she'll paint something and keep it for herself.
08:57Who are you?
08:58I'm on the show as well.
08:59My name's Nick.
09:00Nice to meet you.
09:01And listen, I.
09:03Did they keep you in the closet?
09:05That's right.
09:06Well, today they let me take the leather mask off, but normally I'm in the closet.
09:10But she, yeah, she's an artist and she, she's a painter and she loves to keep, occasionally keep a painting for herself.
09:17But listen, the reason I wanted to bring a chat just for a second is I don't want to alarm you, but we're zooming with you.
09:22There's a window behind you and I just saw somebody wandering behind you.
09:27I don't know if you know who that is or if there's just, there, see him?
09:29There's somebody out your window.
09:31There's somebody right outside your window right now.
09:32That's my son, Dashiell.
09:34He's like, loves horror movies and creepy dolls.
09:37He's on his bike right now.
09:41Okay.
09:44He's talking about you.
09:46Oh, that's funny.
09:47Yeah.
09:47If he's a horror guy, we can have a conversation.
09:52He's quite a character.
09:55Chad, I've got to ask you, one of my favorite places in our country is somewhere I've been visiting since I was a kid, Montauk, New York.
10:02And I was there a couple years ago.
10:04And apparently, now hopefully we get this rumor right.
10:06But apparently, I just missed you at Swallow East.
10:09You jumped on stage.
10:10This was the story to play with the band that was there.
10:13Probably.
10:14Yeah.
10:14That sounds about right.
10:15I've been coming.
10:15I'm in Montauk right now.
10:17Oh, you were there?
10:18Yeah.
10:19I love it there.
10:20Yeah.
10:21That's great.
10:21Dashiell, they're just talking about how creepy you are behind you.
10:26He's going to put his son on the side of Dashiell.
10:29Hey!
10:31What's up, dude?
10:33Get off of here.
10:36We've been coming here for about 16 years now.
10:42My wife's from this area in Long Island.
10:45A little bit, not quite as far.
10:47But yeah, we're here and we come in the summer whenever we can and when I'm not working.
10:52So yeah, I've been talk house, surf lot, you name it.
10:57If there's a drum set, I'm showing up.
10:59I'm getting up.
10:59I love it.
11:00That's cool.
11:00Do you go to Lynn's Hula Hut?
11:04The little hut in the parking lot?
11:07If you haven't, you have to go there.
11:09I'm taking any gigs.
11:11I'm taking any gigs.
11:12I'm going to Lynn's Hula Hut in Montauk.
11:15Yeah.
11:16Does that mean, will you go back there instead of staying in Stone Harbor over the weekend?
11:21Actually, I'm doing a thing at the World Trade Center at the Oculus where you walk through it.
11:29That's right.
11:31And I have a thing there on Friday.
11:34It's running through the weekend, but I have to go down for Friday.
11:37Look over your right shoulder.
11:38Really trippy.
11:39It's like two football field long, giant.
11:43And my art.
11:45Hey, Chad, turn around.
11:46Turn around.
11:47Turn around.
11:48Turn around.
11:48He was up on the windowsill.
11:54Oh, my God.
11:59That was so funny.
12:00I'm too rascal.
12:01I mean, I'm getting paid back big time.
12:04Does he play?
12:05Does he play drums?
12:07He used to really like the guitar when he was younger.
12:10I thought he was going to be the next Jimi Hendrix, but he kind of gave it up.
12:13He likes skateboarding and just wreaking havoc.
12:18And with his parents.
12:20So now he's riding his bike.
12:22But my middle one, my 12-year-old, plays the drums, actually.
12:28And it's a room full of drums in here.
12:29Ah, nice.
12:31Beautiful.
12:31Yeah.
12:31Hey, Chad, I have a drum question for you.
12:34Dead and three drum sets.
12:37I have a drum question for you.
12:39I'm a lifelong drummer.
12:40I'm 53 years old.
12:41I quit for a long stretch.
12:44I have some hearing issues.
12:45I have tinnitus.
12:46I played in a band.
12:47I did the damage.
12:48It's over.
12:49But I've been getting back into it the last few years.
12:51Bought a great Roland electronic kit.
12:54And I've decided to crack down and work on the fundamentals, things that I should have
12:58done that I really wasn't paying attention to when I was in marching band and so on.
13:01And so I'm really working hard.
13:04And I'm doing it just for me.
13:05I'm not going to play in a band or anything like that.
13:07I just want to be a great drummer just to entertain myself and to satisfy myself.
13:11And so I've been working hard.
13:12I've been seeing a lot of progress.
13:13I'm feeling really, really good about it.
13:15And then, boom, all of a sudden, I got this wicked case of tendonitis in my left elbow.
13:21And I went to an orthopedic.
13:23And he's like, you got to stop playing for a while.
13:27But, dude, I am on.
13:28My momentum is I'm tearing it up.
13:31I'm improving so much.
13:33And I don't know if I should listen to the doctor or I should follow my heart and keep
13:38on practicing hard, you know?
13:41Man, does it have anything to do with the rolling kit, like how you're hitting?
13:49Is that because they don't have a lot of or do they have a lot of give?
13:52No, they did.
13:54You know what?
13:54Actually, where I initially heard it is I was doing it on a pillow, you know, to work
13:58on my rebound a little bit.
13:59And I think I went a little too hard on that.
14:01So it was my own doing, I think.
14:04I mean, I feel you, brother, when you want to do it.
14:08And then it's like, you're not, you can't, or you're not supposed to.
14:12Is it inflammation or is it tendonitis?
14:14No, it's like, it might be like a little tear in there.
14:16So, you know.
14:17Okay.
14:18Yeah.
14:18I mean, but I mean, you've played for, you know, as hard as you guys play, especially
14:23when you're touring.
14:24Do you ever have these things pop up where it's like, oh man, what, you know, what am
14:27I going to do?
14:29Yeah.
14:29Absolutely.
14:30It's more.
14:30I don't think that I've had, you know, tendonitis, but I get inflammation in my joints, in
14:36my wrists, in my elbow.
14:40I mean, it's not normal to do this.
14:42Right.
14:44You don't know how I mean.
14:46So it's like, it's going to catch up to you.
14:48Yeah.
14:48You really, it's a funny thing.
14:50I tell people, it's like, you know, it's no longer like, well, you party all night and
14:55get all wasted and whatever till four in the morning, sleep for two hours, get up.
14:59I mean, it's literally now it's, it's what you got to do to take care of yourself so
15:04you can be healthy to perform at the level that you want to.
15:08So it's a whole different thing.
15:10It's really like taking care of yourself, eating right, getting enough sleep.
15:14Sounds so boring, but yeah, it's inflammation is the thing that gets, that gets me.
15:20And so I have, I have to, um, when, after we play, if it, if anything hurts or not, I
15:27just ice, I ice my wrists.
15:30It's maybe my wrists that, that tend to get, you know, sticky as I like to call it.
15:37And, um, that really helps.
15:39But tendonitis, man, that's, that's, you know, yeah, I should probably listen to the
15:44doctor.
15:44I don't know.
15:45I'll work it out later.
15:46But speaking of the music, I did, uh, hear, um, a whisper recently that you guys are, you
15:52and the Red Hot Chili Peppers are starting to, uh, get ideas together for a new record.
15:56Any truth to that?
15:58There's truth to that.
15:59Yes.
16:00You heard correct.
16:01We're making a record and, um, we're almost done with it.
16:05Wow.
16:06And then, and then when it's, you know, the pandemic thing was, is, you know, no, no concert.
16:12So we just wrote music and recorded a bunch of songs and we're going to put a record out
16:18when it's done and baked like a nice cake.
16:21Yeah.
16:21Go play some shows.
16:22We're going to play next year though.
16:24We, we decided to wait, you know, I want it to be fun and safe.
16:28And as, as you were talking about as normal as possible for, for everybody and be able to
16:33experience, not only performing, but going to the show.
16:36So it's, it's so, yeah, I know there's some shows popping up now, but we're going to wait
16:41until next year, like a lot of people and, and, and come out.
16:44How do you guys, how do you guys keep it so fresh and continue to put out like good new
16:51music that doesn't sound like the album before or the album before the album before you guys
16:56have an act to really just continue to, um, produce great new music.
17:02Wow.
17:03You're very smart.
17:04Not only handsome, powerful, powerful, powerful, um, yeah, you, thank you.
17:15Um, well, we love it.
17:17And, and so guy, and as, as I was just alluding to before, I think that you have to keep changing
17:25and growing and challenging yourself as an artist to, it's just why keep doing the same thing
17:31over and over, or some people that's kind of all they can do.
17:36So they do that.
17:37Okay.
17:38But we're pretty good as humbly as I can say, we like all kinds of different music and we
17:44want to not do what we did.
17:46It's going to sound like the red hot chili pepper, but we have a distinct, uh, something
17:53I'm very proud of.
17:54We have an identifiable sound to our band and, you know, Anthony has a very, you know, uh,
18:00recognizable voice and we play the way we do.
18:03And you put four of us together and we can kind of do anything.
18:06So we're, we're so fortunate that way that opens up the palette of like fast, slow, hard,
18:12funk, rock, blah, blah, blah, all those stupid categories.
18:16We just make music that we love and hopefully you make some good ones.
18:23They're not all going to be great.
18:25Well, you know, do it, man.
18:28I keep doing the same thing.
18:31I wanted to ask about the dynamic with, uh, you know, your guitar players and, uh, Josh
18:37Klinghoffer and John Prashante and, you know, the, the floating in and out of, of the two
18:42guys is that get, um, does it get weird at all and trying to make those decisions of who's
18:46going to be playing guitar on, you know, with the band now.
18:50And cause I mean, it, you know, you're talking about your livelihood, you're talking about
18:53a brotherhood and all that stuff.
18:56So how difficult is it for, to, to make those, uh, and, and you're still, you're also talking
19:01about legalities and stuff about contracts and things.
19:03So, yeah, um, yeah, it is, it is difficult.
19:07We don't, we don't interchange our band members, like changing our underwear, you know, it's
19:13like, it's a, this, that's a, it's a, the chemistry of a group is, is so important.
19:19And that really, to me separates, you know, all the great bands, bands have amazing chemistry
19:29and it doesn't mean every player has to be so proficient on their instrument, you know,
19:33and it's just how people, it's a team, you know, and it's a gang and it's like how, how
19:40they mesh together.
19:41And we've been very fortunate to have great musicians in our band, great guitar players,
19:46other drummers before I joined, you know, 30, whatever years ago, but like wonderful musicians
19:52and, and, and you have to have that connection with that person for it to, you know, gel together
20:00and, and make something that's, that's special.
20:04And with John Prashanti, who's come back in our group, this is now the third time, you know,
20:09we have that thing with him and I don't know what it is, but we have it.
20:15And yeah, yeah, together, you know, we make this thing that's special.
20:21And, you know, as you get older, you don't take that for granted.
20:24We're younger, we're kind of like, oh yeah, whatever, you know, but as you learn and go
20:28through life and life experiences, you learn, don't take this for granted.
20:32So when he wanted to come back in our group again, he'd gone off and done other things
20:37and he wanted to be in a band again.
20:39He's like, this is the only band I want to be in.
20:41I just want to play with you guys.
20:42And so we were like, I think, I think this would be great to have this opportunity,
20:48another fresh, you know, kind of take on what we're doing in 2020 or whenever it was
20:55when he joined, yeah, a year ago.
20:57And so we welcome that.
21:01And, you know, again, the other guys in the band are amazing.
21:06We've made great music, have had wonderful times.
21:08I love Josh and Dave Navarro and all these guys that have been in our group.
21:13But, you know, we do have a special thing with John.
21:15So we're going to, we're going to get on that and see what happens.
21:19Hey, Chad, I, not only am I the guy who claps and cheers in the background when we bring guests
21:25on, but I'm also, I'm also the guy that makes,
21:27pay some mortgage, but I'm also the guy who makes things weird.
21:33And so I want to invite you over for a cigar this weekend.
21:37Cause I'm, I'm only in, I'm a short town over from where you are.
21:40But if you want to come over for a cigar or a crab cake sandwich,
21:43I know where, I know where to get the good stuff.
21:46It sounds really weird.
21:49We know.
21:52It was supposed to be.
21:53I thought you were going to play, you can come over,
21:55some kind of sandwich and we'll play hide the cigar.
21:59Yeah.
22:00Now that's a party.
22:03I heard about the Jersey shore thing somewhat.
22:09I don't know, but you know what?
22:10I'm down for whatever.
22:11So you get, you might have to come get me from the rescue me from the,
22:16the gallery.
22:17All right.
22:18Well, speaking of the gallery, so people come out,
22:22they, they get to see the artwork and, and, and purchase as well.
22:25Correct.
22:26And, and how, how is that?
22:28How is that working?
22:29I mean, you're going to be on a premises.
22:32I've got the times here.
22:33Oh, you do.
22:34Saturday, 7 to 10 PM.
22:35And then Sunday, 11 AM to 2 PM.
22:38So they are awesome.
22:39Yeah.
22:39But yeah, I think I'm only going to one on Sunday.
22:43I, I, I don't want to drive nine hours back.
22:49The Memorial Day Sunday.
22:51Um, but yeah, I'll be there and, and, and, you know, and,
22:55and come down and we'll hang out and talk about whatever and look at stuff.
22:59And I may, you know, add something to something.
23:02If somebody really wants me to kind of goes.
23:06So yeah, I'm that that's, um, that'll be happening Saturday and Sunday.
23:10Hey, do you know, just offhand.
23:11And I don't know if this is inappropriate to ask an artist,
23:14but what your artwork goes for, uh, money wise, or is it, is it?
23:18Billions.
23:22Wow.
23:23You asked.
23:28No.
23:29Uh, yeah, yeah, it, it, I don't, I don't know.
23:33I mean, okay.
23:35Price points.
23:35There's a lot of different ones.
23:39Okay.
23:40So, oh yeah, it's, it's, uh, you know, it's affordable.
23:44Let's just say everyone are to suit every budget.
23:46I love it.
23:47Yeah.
23:48All right.
23:50Well, Chad will be, uh, just to reiterate, uh, at the, um, water shirt.
23:55Yeah.
23:56He's wearing a still water shirt.
23:58Yeah.
23:59Wow.
24:00I just picked this up.
24:01But in fact, there was a, they're, they're reissuing the, um, the soundtrack from, uh,
24:05almost famous.
24:05If you, if you didn't hear what Chad said, he was asking if I'm wearing a still water
24:08shirt and they're reissuing the, uh, the soundtrack and like a five disc set or something
24:12like that.
24:13And they're going to have full, like five full length songs from still water, whoever
24:18the group was, whoever was, you said Mike McCready, Mike McCready, Nancy Wilson wrote
24:22a lot of the songs.
24:23I think Cameron Crowe, uh, contributed as well too, but I, you know, full fledged, great
24:26musicians.
24:27Uh, but there was a band and the, the story, I mean, we can talk about this at another time,
24:31but the story behind the band still water, there was a fictional band created by John,
24:35John, I mean, uh, Cameron Crowe for the movie is really impressive.
24:38Yeah.
24:39Kind of like, uh, uh, um, uh, what's his name?
24:42Willie Nelson's son, that Lucas.
24:45Yeah.
24:45Lucas.
24:46Yeah.
24:47Like that was the band for that movie for the SARS-CoV-2 movie.
24:51Yeah.
24:51With Bradley Cooper.
24:52Yeah.
24:52They, they know that they were, they became buddies and, uh, and, uh, Bradley Cooper became
24:56a better musician because he worked with Lucas on that record.
24:58Yeah.
24:59Hey, just a quick question.
25:00Cause as we have you talk about, talk about, uh, almost famous, what, what movie do you think
25:04most captures since you're an actual rock star?
25:07What, what movie do you think resonates and captures the spirit of being a rock star?
25:13The best down, no doubt.
25:16The movie, this is spinal tap.
25:19Ah, there we go.
25:22Nice.
25:22Come on.
25:23Yeah.
25:23Yeah.
25:23Greatest films.
25:25I'm sorry.
25:26They nail it.
25:27Every scene.
25:28If you've been in a band at all, have done any, any traveling at all.
25:32Yeah.
25:33It's incredible.
25:35It holds up to this day.
25:36It does.
25:37Other movies, you know, almost famous, all that stuff.
25:40But like, it's, you know, to me, it's spinal tap.
25:43Hands down.
25:44Are you saying, are you saying you've gotten lost backstage trying to find your way to
25:47the stage before?
25:48Of course.
25:52Everything.
25:53Everything in that movie.
25:55Every, not one thing.
25:57It's the limo, the whole, everything.
26:00It's the record company party, everything.
26:04The girlfriend, the thing, it's spot on.
26:08That's great.
26:09I love to hear that.
26:10Yeah.
26:11All right.
26:11Well, listen, Chad, thanks for your time, man.
26:13Stone Harbor.
26:14I really appreciate it.
26:15Absolutely.
26:16And we'll stop.
26:16Maybe me and Casey will stop by.
26:18We both have shore houses.
26:19So we'll be, come by and say hello.
26:20Please do.
26:21That would be awesome.
26:22All right.
26:22Appreciate it.
26:23Thank you so much.
26:23Chad Smith.
26:24Red Hot Chili Peppers, guys.
26:26Oh my God.
26:27He is the coolest guy.
26:30He is the coolest guy.
26:31And his son, Daschle, was pretty awesome too, man.
26:34His son kept popping up in the window behind him.
26:36So it is this weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
26:40And once again, it is the Ocean Gallery.
26:42So if you want to check with them ahead of time, you can reach out and find out what the full meeting times and all that stuff will be, which is cool.
26:50I like that idea of visualizing drum playing and what they're doing with that.
26:55It's cool stuff.
