00:00Dave and Chuck the Freak salute, the douchebag of the day.
00:10It's part of my ongoing effort to be a better human being and to put myself in less risky
00:15situations.
00:16Okay.
00:17I have retreated the finger.
00:19Yeah, you have to.
00:20Oh, you will not.
00:21Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:22This guy, after round and found out.
00:25Yeah.
00:26In Ann Arbor, Michigan, police searching for a driver who assaulted another driver that
00:32flipped him off early yesterday.
00:34So the victim, he says, they were stopped at a blinking yellow.
00:39He, the victim was in the car behind the guy who was stopped at the blinking yellow.
00:45This was at the intersection of Maine and Madison in Ann Arbor.
00:49The stopped driver, obviously was on his phone or something, wasn't moving.
00:56So the victim, the guy in the car behind, gave him the old.
00:59Yeah.
01:00Oh, you know what I'm saying?
01:01They just gave him a little honk.
01:04That's just as dangerous.
01:05Yeah, that is.
01:06But it's better than that.
01:07Yeah, like that's.
01:08Just to say, hey, let's go, let's move.
01:09Usually it's the soundtrack to the finger, right?
01:12Oh, yeah.
01:14Yeah.
01:14Well, but both.
01:18The other driver got out of his car.
01:22Oh, boy.
01:24Pulled, I'm assuming a tinier man, because he pulled him out and lifted him in the air.
01:30Oh, no, no.
01:31And punched him in the face.
01:33Whoa.
01:33Jesus Christ, Dave.
01:34Punching everything.
01:35Jesus.
01:36Punched him in the face.
01:37Scared me.
01:38And I knocked over my clown horn.
01:41Oh, my God.
01:43And threatened him with what the victim believes could have been a handgun.
01:48Okay.
01:49Didn't see it.
01:50Right.
01:50Could have been anything.
01:51Right.
01:53But lifted him out and held him in the air.
01:56He must have been very big, and then the other guy was small.
01:59Right.
01:59But that's a real chance you take when you flip someone the bird.
02:02And I guess if you're, like, five foot three, you probably need to keep those things holstered.
02:09Yeah.
02:09Yeah.
02:10You keep your fingers to yourself.
02:11You got to kind of be easy on the road.
02:12You got to use my, you got to adopt the thumbs down.
02:15Thumbs down.
02:16That's what it's all about.
02:17So thumbs down, you think, is a less aggressive way to let someone know.
02:20It's not aggressive.
02:21It's just a disapproving.
02:22I think some people would think it's aggressive.
02:24Really?
02:25I think if you thumbs down some people, they'd still take offense to it.
02:28Well, as a smaller man, then I need to be careful.
02:30No, don't you think that some people would easily be offended by it?
02:33This is not as offensive to me.
02:35The finger's worse.
02:36Like, if someone did that, I might be like, you're right.
02:38You're right.
02:38That was.
02:38That was.
02:39I'm boo.
02:40Yeah, boo.
02:41Bad choices.
02:42Yeah, but ragers are raging.
02:44Any criticism you offer a person, be ready to back it up.
02:47You have to be ready to back it up, Jason.
02:49I'm ready.
02:50Let's talk about this for a second.
02:51Have you ever messed around and found out?
02:53Like, have you ever done this and then paid the price?
02:56Uh, 1-855-954-6969 is the number to reach us.
03:011-855-954-6969.
03:03This guy gave a driver the finger and the dude lifted him out of his car, pounded him,
03:12and threatened him with a handgun, which he never saw, which I'm...
03:15But what is he's...
03:16Gave a guy the little dick symbol with my fingers for cutting me off.
03:21He lost his mind and chased me for miles.
03:23Well, it's because we know we have one.
03:25That's such a good one, though.
03:26Yeah, I mean, it's so appropriate sometimes.
03:29It is.
03:30You see my car.
03:31It's tiny little.
03:33You get that a lot.
03:39You know it is.
03:40My next car's a Porsche.
03:42You see my tires?
03:44Yeah.
03:45You see how big they are?
03:47See how I lifted it up?
03:48Yeah, little tiny thing.
03:49Little, little, little guy.
03:53Little guy.
03:54I'm always, like, shocked at how small some other guys must be.
03:59Oh, yeah.
04:00Because when one goes by me where I'm like, whoa, look at that.
04:04Sorry, bud.
04:05So this one said I give the tiny penis signal to a lot.
04:09You get away with more.
04:09So guys are just like, ugh.
04:12Like, they don't, they wouldn't chase a lady.
04:15I've had, like, road rage where they've chased you down and then they see who it is and then they stop.
04:21Yeah.
04:21Like, ah.
04:22But there's just an aggressiveness.
04:25I feel like the car I drive, it's not, it's loud and it's, like, people want to race.
04:30They think that they're going to, they want to, like, I got to get rid of that car.
04:33There's a race culture that's out there.
04:35Yeah.
04:35Like, I don't, I'm just trying to work.
04:37They're like, three, two, one.
04:39You're like, what?
04:40They just want to get around.
04:41They're real aggressive around me.
04:42And I'm like, I'm not being aggressive.
04:44Yeah.
04:45I'm just driving.
04:47Yep.
04:47Yeah, they're just always running into Vin Diesel out there.
04:49Exactly.
04:50That's it.
04:51There's a lot of them.
04:52Too fast.
04:53Too furious.
04:54There's a lot of them.
04:54Yeah, there's so many Vin Diesels.
04:55And they're not.
04:56And they're not even in sports cars.
04:57That's what I was going to say.
04:58They're just in regular cars.
04:59I'm like, I don't care.
05:00Yep.
05:02Lisa's too fast and too furious for them.
05:04No, I'm not.
05:05I'm driving normal.
05:06Honestly, it just sounds like I'm.
05:07All you have to do is put your hands up and, like, do a three, two, one countdown and they'll drive off.
05:12I let them drive off every time.
05:14Every time.
05:15It's hilarious to me.
05:15Every time.
05:16I'm like, they just go.
05:17They're like, brr.
05:17I'm like, okay, go.
05:19Bye.
05:20Oh, my God almighty.
05:22What?
05:23Jason.
05:24What has Jason done?
05:25That last one is crazy.
05:28Well, yeah.
05:29What do you want me to do about it?
05:30Well, yeah, it's like, yeah, that's why I put it up there for you to read.
05:33Blames you.
05:34Yeah.
05:34Yeah, you're asking.
05:35What is it now?
05:36You can't leave us in the dark.
05:38My mom honked at a lady in the McDonald's drive-thru.
05:42She got out of her car, reached into her pants, and threw a handful of her own poop at our car.
05:51Yeah.
05:51I mean, like, you have to understand, that's a primate.
05:53A mcturd?
05:54That's a primate response, and some of us are very, very close.
05:58Oh, my.
05:59I didn't think that would happen.
06:00I mean, yeah.
06:02I never thought that would ever happen.
06:04You know what ruins McDonald's?
06:06Oh, you can't go.
06:06Handful of turd.
06:09Oh, good Lord.
06:11I'm not loving that.
06:12No.
06:12Not at all.
06:14Ben's in Boston.
06:15Ben, what happened to you?
06:17Hey, penis.
06:18Penis.
06:18So, yeah, so I was driving home late at night from work, and it was in the dark and rain,
06:25and there was a car tailgating me in the left lane, tailgating me for miles.
06:30And so when I finally moved over the lane so he could pass, I sent the middle finger salute up,
06:36and it was at that time I saw the state trooper badge on the side of the side.
06:40Oh, no, Ben.
06:41No.
06:42No.
06:42And so he immediately pulled me over, was yelling at me.
06:46I was like, why were you tailgating me?
06:47And he said, your lights were out.
06:50I was like, well, why didn't you pull me over to begin with?
06:52That's a safety thing.
06:53No, you're dangerous.
06:55And was yelling at me for like five minutes, told me he wanted to tow my car, but he had
07:00a job to go to, so I had to pull over to the gas station and, like, try to fix it.
07:06But lesson learned on that one.
07:07Yeah, study the way a cop car looks.
07:10That's it.
07:10You're like, what did his lights look like?
07:13Do a little test every night.
07:14You've got to figure that out.
07:15That's what Lisa's doing.
07:16Yeah, she was like, her car might even tell, like, if she looks in the rear view, it might
07:22even be like, police, car, possible police vehicle, state trooper, undercover.
07:28Mike, I understand you messed around and found out.
07:31What happened?
07:32Yes, I did.
07:33This guy cut me off, so I got mad, cut him back off, and he starts honking the horn, flashing
07:39the lights, so I flagged him down to follow me.
07:42I tell my buddy, stay in the car.
07:43I got it.
07:44And then I hopped out, and so did this guy, and his work truck raised up a few inches, and
07:49dude was like 6'4", and punched me so hard, I apologized and walked back to my car.
07:55Oh, I'm so sorry.
07:58I'm so sorry.
07:59Sometimes you get an apology just socked right out of you.
08:04It's like, you put an apology.
08:06Yeah, that can happen, man.
08:09Hey, that's best case scenario.
08:11What happened?
08:12You got it.
08:12You got it.
08:13What happened, man?
08:14Shut up.
08:16Oh, yeah.
08:16Big talker in the car.
08:18Yeah.
08:18All right, Mike.
08:19Thanks, man.
08:20It's crazy.
08:21The truck lift up from him getting out of it.
08:23You're like, oh, no.
08:25He's beefy.
08:25I thought he had bad shocks.
08:27No.
08:28Heather is with us next.
08:30Heather, when did you mess around and find out?
08:33I have always wanted to say this, penis balls.
08:36Penis.
08:38Okay, so I was the road rager in this incident, and I got behind him because he cut me off.
08:46I thought he cut me off.
08:48I think I did it.
08:49Oh, no.
08:50Okay.
08:52Yeah, I was blinded by rage.
08:53I stayed on my horn.
08:55It felt like 15 minutes, but it was probably a good three miles I followed him just blaring the horn.
09:02I mean, nonstop blaring the horn.
09:04Yeah, yeah.
09:04Following him.
09:05Mind you, I'm like a 100-pound girl, and this was in my 20s, and my car died.
09:12Gassed.
09:12I ran out of gas.
09:14My car died.
09:14Uh-oh.
09:15He stopped because I, like, pulled into the turning lane.
09:20He stopped, rolled down his window, and started laughing at me, flipped me off, and drove away.
09:28Oh, he got his sweet breath.
09:29Oh, my God.
09:30Yep.
09:31Heather, don't do something like that anymore.
09:32Yeah, don't do that.
09:33She's not.
09:34No, no, that was my karma.
09:36I embarrassed myself, and I think you guys are the first ones I've ever admitted to.
09:41Oh, well, yeah.
09:42Yeah, you know, never to do it again.
09:43Don't do that.
09:44That's crazy.
09:45Ryan's in South Dakota.
09:47Ryan, when did you mess around and find out, or I guess a guy messed around with you and found out?
09:51Yeah, a couple of guys were sitting in a, like, a Beamer or something, and they're revving their engine real hard as I'm sitting in a drive-through at Taco Bell.
10:01I can't place the order, so I have to go around to the window and place the order.
10:05As I'm leaving, I give them the double bird, and there were two of them in one car and two of them in a truck, and both vehicles follow me out of the lot.
10:13They're tailing me and honking at me and screaming at me.
10:16We pull up to the light, and I'm driving a Ford Focus hatchback, and I get out of my car.
10:24I'm 350, 6'8", 6'8", and they hightailed it out of there so freaking fast.
10:31Oh, when Jack Reacher steps out, and you're like, gotta go, gotta go!
10:35No, I'm not fighting the big show.
10:37I'm not taking on The Undertaker.
10:39Well, it's crazy for that size of a man to come out of a Ford Focus.
10:44They didn't expect it.
10:45No, they're not at all.
10:46Are you kidding?
10:48Yikes.
10:50You never know.
10:51That's the thing.
