00:04This is Spex and this is Lauren from the Brandywine Valley SPCA.

00:08Look how cute it is!

00:10It's our Mud of the Week. Tell us about Spex.

00:13Spex is adorable and well behaved as you can see.

00:16And costumed.

00:17And he is a bear. He's a big bear.

00:20A little too big for the costume.

00:22He loves to give kisses also.

00:24He is a very sweet three-year-old boy that came into the shelter as a stray unfortunately.

00:29So he is available for adoption at our brand new center at 290 Churchmans Road in Newcastle.

00:38And Spex is friendly with everybody.

00:41He's very gentle with treats.

00:43He knows how to sit.

00:45He's looking at my socks.

00:46He knows how to sit.

00:47He's great in the car and he's open to meeting any animals you might already have in your home.

00:52He may or may not have the most unique coat we've seen so far in all these videos we've done.

00:57I can name your adoption fee of course because he is our Mud of the Week at the Brandon facility.

01:05We've been there for a little over a week now and it has just been amazing.

01:09We have six play yards outside instead of the one that we had before that was indoors.

01:13We also have an ICU for shelter packs so we're able to treat animals that come in as strays

01:19that may need additional medical care and things like that.

01:21We're able to treat them right in our facility now.

01:23He's the first one in Delaware.

01:25So it's very exciting.

01:26It's a beautiful new facility.

01:28It's been great for the animals.

01:30He has two tails to chase.

01:31That's the funny part about this.

01:34They smell like walleye.
