Tahawwur Rana, one of the prime accused in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, is being extradited to India today from the United States. A joint team of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and intelligence agency RAW is bringing Rana to Delhi in a special flight. Once he lands at Delhi’s Palam Airport, he will be officially arrested by the NIA and taken to its headquarters in a bulletproof vehicle.
