00:00April is set to be another massive month in the world of TV and we've picked out five shows that you do not want to miss.
00:07I'm TV and tech writer Matt Mohan-Hickson and these are the series that you need to add to your watch list at April.
00:14So first up we've got Celebrity Big Brother and if you live in the UK you know how iconic this show is
00:20and how it's had so many huge cultural impacts since it first started back in the 2000s.
00:26It's been revived by ITV and the second series on ITV starts on April the 7th on ITV1 slash STV
00:35in Scotland and new episodes will be broadcast nightly from Sundays to Fridays. The only night
00:42off is a Saturday. There's also the live stream that you can watch on their websites if you want
00:48to have 24-7 Celebrity Big Brother experience and it's expected to run for all of April.
00:56Hopping over to Netflix next we've got Black Mirror is back with a new batch of Nightmares.
01:02So there's six new episodes and it includes a sequel to one of Black Mirror's best ever episodes.
01:09I think you know which one I'm going to say but let's see if you can guess it before I do.
01:14It's USS Callister. Gold star if you got that. All of the episodes will release on Netflix on
01:21Thursday the April the 10th. There's no messing around, no different parts. All six available then.
01:26There's lots of famous faces. There's a USS Callister sequel. I can't wait to dive in.
01:33The Last of Us is returning for its second series so the acclaimed HBO video game adaption is back
01:39after a couple of years away and they're keeping a pretty tight lip on what to expect. Don't go
01:46out and google things about the sequel game Last of Us part two. You do not want to ruin it for
01:51yourself. It's going to start on Sunday April the 13th in America and then on Monday April the 14th
01:59in the UK. It's on HBO slash max in the States and on Sky Atlantic slash Now TV in the UK. Another one
02:07that's been away for a few years, almost three really now, well two and a half I guess. The
02:12prequel show to Rogue One and super acclaimed series Andor is back for its final set of episodes
02:21which sad but you know all good things have to come to an end. Diego Luna is back once again as
02:28Cassian Andor and the show will release three episodes every week for four weeks so it's a bit
02:34like getting a movie every week. What more could you want? And the first three episodes will release
02:40on April the 22nd, Tuesday April the 22nd in America and that's Wednesday April the 23rd in
02:48the UK and then over the next three weeks after that there'll be more episodes released. And
02:54finally wrapping up the month will be a trip back to Netflix where You, the delicious serial killer
03:02thriller You, is finally set to come to an end this month after seven years on air which is
03:09quite amazing really isn't it. It's going to come to a conclusion with its fifth and final season
03:15and it's all dropping in one go. You don't have to worry about it being split into multiple parts
03:20or any of the other shenanigans Netflix has gone up to in the past. All of the final season is
03:25arriving on April 24th. It's going to bring an end to the story of serial killer Joe Goldberg.
03:33We can't wait to see how it ends and that is coming out on Thursday April the 24th on Netflix.
03:44So there are five shows you do not want to miss in April.
