00:00Celebrity Big Brother is back with a brand new series on ITV, and it promises to be another juicy one.
00:07I'm TV and tech writer Matt Mohan-Hickson, and here's all you need to know about the latest season.
00:13So Celebrity Big Brother will kick off with a live launch episode on ITV1 and STV on April 7th,
00:20and then there will be new episodes broadcast nightly from Sundays to Fridays,
00:26excluding Saturdays, Saturday's the only day that there won't be episodes.
00:30It's set to run for about 19 episodes in total, and it's expected to finish on April the 25th,
00:36which is a Friday, and a new winner will be crowned at the end of the show.
00:41There'll be evictions throughout the process, which will ramp up until a winner is crowned.
00:47But the full cast will be revealed in the live launch episode.
00:52However, the names are all out there, they've been linked ahead of time, as happens with these shows.
00:59And there's been 14 names linked to the show for 2025.
01:04It includes singer, pop singer, and former child star Jojo Siwa, who was seen arriving in the UK for the show ahead of time.
01:14Oscar-nominated actor and one-time Marvel villain Mickey Rourke is set to be among the cast this year,
01:21and Olympic gold medalist Daley Thompson is also set to be entering the house for 2025.
01:28Episodes will start at 9pm on ITV on days when it airs, and STV if you're in Scotland.
01:36They'll run for about an hour, between an hour and maybe an hour and a half,
01:40depending on whether it's a normal episode or if it's like an event episode,
01:44like the live launch or live evictions or the finale, when we get round to that.
01:51And it will be followed by the spin-off show, Late and Live, on ITV2 after the episode has concluded on ITV1.

02:10while David Potts, Tiffany Pollard and Oti Mabusey of Strictly slash I'm a Celeb Femme
02:17will be taking turns as the Celebrity Houseguest on the ITV2 spin-off.
