00:00Chris, when you get that phone call, first off, were you expecting it and did you have
00:04a relationship with Tiger at the time?
00:06And I guess how did you guys get set up?
00:08I had a relationship with Noda, the gay.
00:11Yeah.
00:12And he had kind of followed my career a bit in Dallas, and he just felt like we would
00:16hit it off.
00:17So he facilitated a meeting between us.
00:20We had a meeting and we end up, you know, we're supposed to be kind of like a quick
00:24whatever introduction, we end up sort of talking golf swing.
00:27I had my laptop, we looked at swings and talked golf swing for, I don't know, close
00:32to two hours.
00:33I mean, how nervous were you like going to this meeting?
00:37I was really nervous going into it.
00:39But then once we started talking golf swing, it was just like, that's sort of like my my
00:43space, right?
00:44So I kind of like, I fell into the zone with it.
00:47And we were just like riffing off each other.
00:49So it's pretty cool.
00:50It's actually, it was quite fun.
00:51So once like that initial nerves, sort of like got shaken off, you know, you're seeing
00:55the flow of it.
00:57And then I, I, that segwayed into a second meeting.
01:04Yeah.
01:05Well, what you realize quickly, Chris, is that Tiger is a golf geek, right?
01:09And you're just like, well, okay, I can talk to that.
01:11I can do I can talk to this guy.
01:13He loves it.
01:14He loves it.
01:15Yeah.
01:16So what was the first thing at that time that you noticed with his golf swing that you felt
01:22like that, that you would be able to help him with when you're just looking at where
01:27he's swinging at it in 2014, and then you talked about how you're looking back at old
01:32videos in 2000?
01:33Was he chasing to try to get back to more of how he used to swing the golf club at that
01:37time?
01:38Um, I mean, I felt I feel like, you know, 2000 is maybe the best invoice ever swung
01:46a golf club.
01:48And definitely the best he's ever swung it for him, right?
01:51Like, I mean, it's just it's so good, right?
01:53So but his body was obviously not the same body.
01:55So So to me, in my mind, as a sort of a rough kind of starting point, it was like, how do
02:00we get you to swing as close to that as possible?
02:04But in a way that your current body can do.
02:07So that, in my mind, was like, always the initial goal.
02:10And then obviously, you know, you get audible thrown at you, or you have to call all the
02:13balls thrown at you and things like that.
02:15What was what was his limitations at the time from his body standpoint?
02:19Could he move at all?
02:20Like, we started working like, I mean, it had surgery actually pretty recent, like the
02:25first meeting, I don't think he was he was hitting golf balls yet.
02:29I mean, look, it was he had had, at that point, he had already had a lot of surgeries and
02:35injuries.
02:36So there's, there's a lot of limitations, you know, you're up against it to try to get
02:41him to swing as close to that at 2000.
02:43And to me, when I say as close to that in 2000, I think, you know, my mind, it was more
02:48of like, what his hands and clubs were doing, and not clubs, hands and club was doing.
02:54And then how do you, because that, to me, is like, you know, how he would shape the
02:59plane of it, and there's a release pattern and things like that.
03:03And how could he move his body to sort of facilitate that in a way that wouldn't hurt
03:11his body going forward?
03:12Yeah.
03:13It's not so much moving the his body and his spine, his pelvis, like it was in 2000.
03:18That's like, you know, probably like just not on the table.
03:20But But how do you move the club?
03:23Like as close to back of the day as possible, but in a way this body could do.
