00:25by a so-called travel agency.

00:27But it was discovered that it was being recruited by Filipino migrant workers to Southern Europe

00:33in exchange for a placement fee of up to half a million pesos.

00:38According to the DMW, they were hoping to entrap the migrant worker operator

00:42but he didn't show up so they went to the office.

00:53The office was complained that their clients were offloaded or not allowed to board the plane

01:00because the people of the Bureau of Immigration booked them without an overseas employment certificate.

01:05According to the complainant, they were offered an overseas work in Bulgaria

01:13with a monthly salary of 90,000 to 100,000 pesos.

01:19They will pay up to 400 to 500 pesos as a placement fee for factory workers.

01:27Inside the office, not a single staff member was present.

01:31The Mayor's Permit was issued.

01:33But the DMW said that they were denied by the LGU

01:36that they have a permit in issue in the so-called office.

01:40The DMW also doesn't have a license to recruit and send Filipinos abroad.

01:46The DMW has been in charge of the agency for several months.
