00:00Kind of when I came out on tour, you see all the younger guys coming out are athletes.
00:05Most guys have trainers, like I have Joey D who travels with me everywhere I go.
00:11You can use drills like Dustin uses that are very golf specific.
00:16Like we like things in golf that work on basic fundamentals.
00:20Like don't lose spine angle and don't use early extension because those things decelerate,
00:26they slow you down and you hit it sloppy and you hit it slower.
00:30And if you use things like core drills, like planks,
00:34you know basically we're planking with a reach through rotation.
00:37So you engage your upper and lower body, all of the muscles around the hips.
00:40Those are the things that Dustin works on, right?
00:43Legs, legs are a huge thing in the gym to build power and strength.
00:47If you want to hit it further, you know, you got to have good strong legs.
00:51Hydration is always key because the quicker you get dehydrated,
00:54the more the brain starts to malfunction and golf is a very mental game.
