01:05From this moment on, as we have repeatedly underlined on previous occasions, the regional conflict in Ukraine caused by the West has acquired elements of a global nature. Our air defense systems repelled these attacks. As a result, the objectives that had evidently been proposed to reach the enemy were not achieved.
01:22The fire that originated in the ammunition warehouse in the region of Bryansk, due to the fall of remains of ATACAM missiles, has been extinguished. There are no victims or serious destructions. In the region of Kursk, an attack was carried out against one of the command posts of our northern group. As a result of the attack and anti-aircraft combat, unfortunately casualties, dead and wounded have occurred.
01:42Among the personnel of the external security units of the facility and the maintenance personnel, the command and operational personnel of the control center did not suffer damage and is carrying out normally the management of the actions of our troops to destroy and expel the enemy units of the region of Kursk. I want to underline once again in particular that the use of such weapons by the enemy cannot influence the course of combat operations in the area of the special military operation.
02:06Our troops are advancing successfully along the entire contact line. All the tasks that we have raised will be fulfilled. In response to the use of long-range weapons by the United States and Britain, on November 21, the Russian armed forces launched a combined attack against one of the facilities of the Ukrainian defense industrial complex. Among other things, one of Russia's most recent medium-range missile systems was tested in combat conditions. In this case, a ballistic hypersonic missile without nuclear weapons.
02:33The missile engineers named it Oreshnik. The tests were a success and the launch target was achieved. In the territory of Ukraine, in the city of Dnepropetrovsk, one of the largest and best-known industrial complexes since the times of the Soviet Union, which still produces missile equipment and other weapons, was reached.

03:29Let me remind you that Russia has voluntarily and unilaterally committed itself not to deploy medium-range and low-range missiles, as long as American weapons of this type do not appear in any region of the world. I repeat, we are carrying out field tests of the Oreshnik missile system in response to the aggressive actions of the NATO countries against Russia. The question of the future deployment of medium-range and low-range missiles will be decided by us, depending on the actions of the United States and its satellites.
03:56We will determine the objectives of new tests of our latest missile systems on the basis of the threats to the security of the Russian Federation. We consider ourselves entitled to use our weapons against the military facilities of those countries that allow the use of their weapons against our facilities. And in the event of an escalation of aggressive actions, we will respond in the same way, resolved and symmetrical.
04:18I recommend to the leading elites of the countries that are planning plans to use their military contingents against Russia, to seriously consider this possibility. Of course, when selecting objectives for systems like Oreshnik in Ukrainian territory, if necessary and as a measure of reprisal, we will preventively offer the civilians, and we will also ask the citizens of friendly states that are there, to leave the areas of danger. We will do it for humanitarian reasons, openly and publicly, without fear of the opposition of the adversary, which also receives this information.
04:48Why without fear? Because today there are no means to counteract such weapons. Missiles attack targets at a speed of 10 Mach, that is, between 2.5 and 3 kilometers per second. The current anti-aircraft defense systems available in the world, and the anti-missile defense systems that the Americans are creating in Europe, cannot intercept those missiles. It is not possible.
05:08I would like to underline once again that it is not Russia, but the United States, which has destroyed the international security system. And by continuing to fight and clinging to its hegemony, it is pushing the whole world towards a global conflict. We have always preferred, and now we are willing to resolve all controversies by peaceful means. But we are also prepared for any turn of events. If anyone else doubts this, it is in vain. There will always be an answer.
