01:36Starmer clarified what allies had discussed that morning.
01:41We agreed we will keep increasing the pressure on Russia, keep the military aid flowing to
01:47Ukraine and keep tightening restrictions on Russia's economy to weaken Putin's war
01:53machine and bring him to the table.
01:57During his virtual meeting, Starmer said Putin will sooner or later have to come to the table,
02:03calling allies to keep the pressure on Putin to back a ceasefire in Ukraine.
02:09On Thursday, allied militaries will meet in the UK to discuss what part they shall play
02:14in the peace deal and how they will guarantee Ukraine's future and security.

02:34Ukraine's air force reported that Russia had launched 178 drones over 14 Ukrainian regions,
02:42130 of which were intercepted, and two ballistic missiles.
02:47In Kherson, it was reported that one man was killed and five others were injured.
02:52The northern town of Chernihiv was also made a target, and the drone strike damaged a 10-storey
02:58building and cars.
