00:29So the first thing we can do is I'm gonna pat dry this chicken

00:35Use our kitchen shears to cut them up into bite-sized pieces

01:38All right, now that we got our chicken pieces together we got to put together a little bit of a
01:45Flour dredge that we're gonna be putting in

01:51Two tablespoons of flour up a little bit more put this just a scoop right there

02:05Then we're gonna need a couple of other ingredients we got our garlic powder

02:16About one and a half teaspoons. It's about one and a half teaspoons. I'd say

03:01now we'll throw our
03:06Chicken pieces in here and we'll toss it around

03:41All right, we got some oil that we're heating up now we're gonna get ready to fry up these chicken bites

04:00It's gonna be late
04:02So take these chicken bites and throw them into our frying pan

04:11Once it all heats up, it'll be nice
04:20And there it is
04:21I'm going to do like two or three batches
04:23But gotta make sure this cooks all the way through thoroughly and browns up quite nice
04:30All right as it browns gotta flip this around cook on all sides
04:36So
04:46Make sure the chicken cooks thoroughly can't undercook chicken

05:06We're ready for the next batch
05:09You got to do it in a couple of batches to make sure everything cooks
05:13evenly
05:20Okay, I think my first batch is done so let's take these out
05:33Get ready for the next batch of chicken bites

06:11All right, as we take out our last chicken pieces you get ready for the garlic butter portion of this

06:28Yep, let's get a wooden spoon out
06:33Stir this up a little bit keeping this oil here now we got to put in
06:41Two tablespoons of chopped garlic
06:47So let's get this chopped garlic
06:49one tablespoon
06:52And two tablespoons
06:55A little bit more just pretty
06:58Hell of it
07:00Then we're going to brown this up
07:03Mixing it up in here get real aromatic
07:07Cook it up for about a minute
07:11Doing some of the pan drippings
07:14Until it's all nice and brown and aromatic
07:25There we go now we're going to pour in about a cup of chicken stock
07:32So let's get in about a cup of chicken stock in here
07:37About a cup I would say
07:42Stir this all together
07:45And let it heat up
08:02So
08:07When the garlic begins to start really like taking over again
08:10That's when we take our next step
08:12Now this is an interesting
08:14Part we have to do here
08:16We have to put in
08:27A quarter cup of butter, but we have to put it in slowly
08:31And let each piece melt in before you put the next one
08:37This way it really combines well together
08:47Stirring all the way stirring stirring all the way

09:02All right, then we put our next piece in we're supposed to use kind of a
09:06Kerry gold european butter, but I don't even know where to fucking find that so we're just using regular old
09:12fashioned regular butter
09:18Again letting it melt
09:21Before we add in our final piece
09:33Here's our chicken by the way get that ready to be coated
09:50So
10:05And i'll get this final piece
10:13And there we go, let's melt this all together

10:24I'm gonna do this a little different than what the recipe says
10:29As this last piece melts
10:35Let's get all our chicken back in here
10:41And drench it in here and let it soak in as it cooks
10:48For two or three minutes, yeah
10:51I think this will come out better
10:53than what the recipe says
11:01All right as it soaks in all this garlic and butter let's
11:08Coat it one more time
11:11And take it out and it's ready to serve and plate this meal garlic butter chicken bites

11:34All right time to plate the meal
11:39I made a little bit of a
11:40row air fryer
11:42Roasted potatoes here a little fingerling potatoes
11:45Just
11:47soaked in some uh
11:49Olive oil with a couple of spices and a package of meat of potatoes and the garlic butter chicken bites. They came out nice
11:57Uh, it says to gar to garnish it with some lemon wedges
12:01And some parsley i put a little bit of parsley on here, but I think garnishes are kind of a waste
12:07So I didn't even bother garnishing with the lemon wedge. I mean, why would I I mean just cut lemon
12:13Just to toss on as a garnish I mean
12:17Kind of a waste but here we go. We got our garlic butter chicken bites
12:21Let's see how this came out as we plate the meal
12:24And uh, well, let's see how it tastes. Let's see how it came out
