00:12appropriate measures to protect the United States from threats from North Korea, which
00:16has said it is developing a plan to fire rockets close to US territory, Guam. Donald Trump
00:22has been unequivocal. He will use any appropriate measures to protect the United States and
00:27her citizens, Sebastian Gorka, deputy assistant to Trump, told BBC Radio. Tensions have risen
00:32since North Korea carried out two nuclear bomb tests last year and two intercontinental
