00:00President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. is encouraging the payment of the correct BUIS
00:04at the start of the 2025 National Tax Campaign of the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
00:10Last year, the collected BUIS of the BIR amounted to 2.86 trillion pesos,
00:16which is 13% higher than in 2023.
00:20Under the administration of President Marquez Jr.,
00:22the highest collection of the agency was recorded
00:25and the first time that the Development Budget Coordination Committee reached within 20 years.
00:31This is the result of the effective service of the BIR through digitalization.
