00:00The former Guilas Filipinas sharpshooter Jeff Chan believes in the country's ability to make noise for the upcoming FIBA Asia Cup.

00:16The Guilas Filipinas will compete against the strongest team in Asia

00:21when the 2025 FIBA Asia Cup is held in August.

00:27The Filipinas are already qualified for the tournament,

00:30after they managed to keep a clean sheet in the qualifiers' window 2.

00:35But when it comes to the window 3,

00:38the service of the 7'3 center Kai Soto will not be able to keep up

00:43after being hit by the ACL tear a few times.

00:47The former Guilas Filipinas knockdown shooter Jeff Chan believes

00:52that our national basketball team still has a chance despite Soto's departure

00:57in his exclusive interview with the sports banter of PTV Sports Network.

01:04I'm just sad because Kai was injured.

01:08Kai is a very big factor, especially when they were together in June-March.

01:12But I'm hoping for his fast recovery.

01:32that the 2025 FIBA Asia Cup will be held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
