01:02In Venezuela, officials of the Integral Defense Operations Zone continue to express their
01:06support for President Nicolás Maduro, reaffirming their commitment to defend national peace
01:11and sovereignty.
01:13From different regions of the country, the members of the Integral Defense Operations
01:16Zone firmly condemn the unilateral coercive measures imposed by the U.S. government against
01:21President Nicolás Maduro and other high officials of the country.
01:24In an attempt to tarnish the inauguration of the Venezuelan president last January 10th.
01:29Likewise, the members of the Integral Defense Operations Zone gratified their support to
01:34the Bolivarian Revolution, to the democratic election of the Venezuelan people last July
01:3828th, and to the struggle for the defense of peace of the nation.
01:50We emphatically reject the decision of the imperial governments, to impose coercive measures,
01:56wrongly called sanctions, on members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, and the
02:02National Executive.
02:04They had the audacity to offer rewards for our Commander-in-Chief, and elected Constitutional
02:10President.
02:12Our Minister of Popular Power for the Defense.
02:16Our Minister of Interior Relations Justice and Peace.
02:21To weaken our revolutionary, anti-imperialist, socialist ideals.
02:27But they will not succeed.
02:30The Bolivarian National Force, along with the Venezuelan people, is convinced that it
02:35is on the right side of history.
02:38We are committed to the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
02:44Likewise, Army Commander General Johan Hernández Lárez denounced the plans of the Venezuelan
02:48far right were to bend the country to foreign interests, in addition to ratifying the willingness
02:53of the army to obey the popular mandate of July 28th that legitimized Nicolás Maduro
02:58as President of Venezuela.

03:55Villasmil, expressed his rejection of the illegal sanctions imposed on public officials
03:59and members of the General Staff.
04:06The integral aerospace power of the nation of the Bolivarian National Armed Force, expresses
04:12its most energetic and categorical rejection of the new sanctions imposed by imperialism.
04:21Represented by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, of the United States Treasury Department,
04:27together with the European Union, and the United Kingdom, attacking on this occasion
04:34officials of the Venezuelan state, including our Commander-in-Chief, our Minister of People's
04:42Power for Defense, and our Strategic Operational Commander, members of the Superior General
04:49Staff.
04:50On his part, the General Commander of the Bolivarian National Guard, Elio Ramón Estrada
04:56Paredes, assured that the Venezuelan people will be defended at all costs and will not
05:00fall into the violent acts generated by the far-right.

06:58Countries allied to the United States, Canada and the European Union have imposed sanctions
07:05on public officials, fellow soldiers and our Commander-in-Chief, the Constitutional President

07:23Rodríguez, died on January 12 in the city of Caracas at the age of 82.

07:53Chávez when, as Attorney General, he denounced the situation in the country.
08:03After the physical departure of the Venezuelan politician Isaias Rodríguez, the President
08:07of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, said, We have lost a great man, lawyer, poet, defender of
08:12the workers, impeccable, loyal and consistent with the just causes of the Venezuelan people.
08:18Isaias Rodríguez was a courageous revolutionary, important constituent of the years 1999 and
08:242017, author of the fundamental articles and chapters of our Constitution, and who accompanied
08:30us in the founding of the Fifth Republic, an icon of heroic Venezuelan history, I remember
08:36him in those days of April 2002 when he firmly denounced the coup against Commander Chávez,
08:41which was decisive to fuel the revolutionary rebellion that would save the institutions
08:46and democracy.
08:47Today, January 12, I write these lines in the context of this irreplaceable physical
08:53departure, which fills us with deep sorrow.

10:36Palestinian authorities denounce that Israel has killed 70 children in the past five days
10:40after incessant attacks on the northern Gaza Strip.
10:43According to the Gaza Media Office, Israeli offensives have brought about nearly 5,000
10:48Palestinian deaths or missing in northern Gaza over the past 100 days.
10:52In addition, a medical source told Al Jazeera that 9,500 others were injured in a military
10:58raid against the northern Strip since early October.
11:01During that period, Israeli forces shot down the three main hospitals in northern Gaza
11:06while preventing the entry of food and humanitarian aid.
11:14The Zionist regime of Israel carried out new airstrikes on Lebanese territory, violating

11:55The Iranian army announced Monday to include 1,000 strategic drones to its military fleet
11:59that made tensions between the United States and Israel.
12:02Information was ordered by the counter-admiral and deputy chief of the Iranian army, Habibullah
12:07Zayed Ali, who affirmed that the drones will be added to the drone unit in the coming days.
12:12Moreover, the commander of the Ground Force Army and Brigadier General Qeomar Zahid Ali
12:18explained that the new military equipment has capabilities such as maneuverability,
12:22accuracy and intelligence, which will be used to counter any kind of threat.

13:38Security Council for the release of those held by Hamas since October 7, 2023.

16:12In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the army announced that this weekend forced back
16:18the M23 rebels while recovering several key towns in the provinces of North and South
16:23Kipu.
16:24Congolese army spokesmen reported that as one of the major achievements, the strategic
16:27city of Nungu in the territory of Masisi in North Kipu had been recovered.
16:32The authorities claimed that the M23 rebels are supported by Rwanda, a claim that is also
16:37supported by the UN, the United States, and the European Union, while the Rwandan President
16:42Paul Kagame denies them all.
16:44Since March 2022 and after constant human rights violations, 3.3 million people have
16:49been displaced in the provinces of Ituri, North and South Kipu alone.
16:54An avalanche hit a group of five skiers in the Piedmont region of northern Italy on Sunday,
17:18killing three of them.
17:19Two of the skiers survived and were airlifted to hospitals.
17:24The avalanche occurred around noon on the east face of Punta Valgrande, a peak on the
17:30border between Italy and Switzerland.
17:32The skiers who died were dragged down several hundred meters and suffered fatal injuries.
17:37An alert had been issued in the area above 6,900 feet, warning of considerable avalanche
