00:00Now amongst all the difficult challenges that people have settled on for 2025,
00:03the one named 75 hard might just take the crown for being the most challenging.
00:06While not drinking for a month or avoiding meat might be challenging, this is a step further.
00:10And though difficult, it could be a great way to kickstart your fitness journey.
00:13It takes place over the course of 75 days and requires you to eat a healthy diet with
00:17no cheap meals and no alcohol. It requires two 45-minute workouts each day, one outside,
00:22and you have to drink three litres of water each day and read 10 pages of a non-fiction book.
00:26While the goal of the challenge isn't necessarily losing weight, it can shift people's mindset and
00:29relationships with food, alcohol and exercise. It is a real challenge though, and with things like
00:33this it's possible to fail and fall into a negative headspace. Don't be afraid to slightly
00:36adapt the plan to your taste if you don't have time for two workouts every day.
00:39To show how busy life could become, we use a casual working day for me. I'd need to use my
00:44lunch break to work out and then arrive home and cook a healthy meal before working out again.
00:48Prepping a healthy meal for the next day would take up time, as would reading,
00:51and all this means it's impossible for me to enjoy extracurricular activities.
