00:00Mr Hogg, you admitted you're guilty, you've never said sorry, you've never apologised
00:06for what you did, you've never apologised for what you did, you've never apologised
00:10for what you did, Mr Hogg.
00:30Would you like to say sorry? Would you like to say sorry, Mr Hogg?
00:47I'm going to impose a community pay back order with supervision in the terms of the
01:03report. That will be for a period of one year as recommended by the reporter. The discount
01:09does not apply in this case because that's the period recommended. In addition to which
01:13there'll be a review of that on the 25th of March. If the report is satisfactory then
01:18it may be that you don't require to attend on that date. That's a matter for the court.
01:24And I will also impose a non-harassment order that you ought to approach or contact, or
01:29attempt to approach or contact Gillian Hogg for a period of five years from this date.
01:33You understand that? Thank you very much. And that of course is an alternative to custody.
