00:00I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan, in the name of Allah, the Beneficent,
00:13the Merciful.
00:14Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you, ladies and gentlemen.
00:17I am here once again to serve you with the issues related to the Shariah and the jurisprudence
00:22of Hanafi.
00:23However, since these issues are attributed to Hazrat Khawaja Muinuddin Ajmeri, may Allah
00:28bless him and grant him a long life, we will discuss some of these issues with Hazrat Khawaja
00:35Muinuddin Ajmeri and then we will move on to the question and answer session.
00:39You were named Hassan, but you are also known as Muinuddin and also as Gharib-e-Nawaz.
00:48This is a great blessing for you.
00:50Of course, a person's personal perfection does not lie in this.
00:53Rather, it is only the perfection of Allah the Almighty and His eternal decisions
00:58as to whom Allah the Almighty creates in whose house.
01:01Therefore, you were created in a house of a Sayyid.
01:04You were from the family of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
01:08And you are a Najib-ut-Tarfain, i.e. a Sayyid of Hassan and Hussain.
01:12If you look at it from the perspective of a mother and a father,
01:15Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain, both of you have a connection.
01:19So, they are the source and light of that family.
01:22So, there should be no surprise that when someone is related to this family
01:28and they use their abilities well and have a sense of responsibility,
01:32then Allah the Almighty gives them excellence,
01:35gives them more excellence and makes their blessings more common.
01:39This is why I requested that everyone who is related to the family of the Prophet,
01:45should preach the religion, learn the knowledge of the religion,
01:48and be a scholar of the religion.
01:50It is not necessary.
01:51But Allah the Almighty blessed you with a great blessing.
01:54And you increased this blessing with your personal efforts.
01:58And you became a true scholar of the religion.
02:01And you were also recognized as a Mufti.
02:05Now, it is our tradition that we introduce the scholars of the religion
02:09only from the perspective of a Sufi personality,
02:11from the perspective of a saint, from the perspective of miracles,
02:15and from the perspective of preaching the religion.
02:19But sometimes, from the perspective of knowledge,
02:21we do not pay attention to that.
02:23All our youngsters who are watching us,
02:25remember that Khwaja Muhinuddin Ajmeri, may Allah have mercy on him,
02:29was 15 years old when his father passed away.
02:32And he had a garden and a well.
02:35He used to get water from the well.
02:37He used to give water to the garden.
02:39That was his livelihood.
02:41And then there were such incidents that Allah the Almighty
02:45directed him to learn the knowledge of the religion.
02:48And he migrated.
02:50He became a true scholar of the religion.
02:52He became a good Mufti.
02:54And then he came and illuminated the candle of knowledge.
02:59So, if we say that he was a scholar and a Mufti,
03:02then this is not without reason.
03:04Like Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani, may Allah have mercy on him,
03:07was a great scholar and a great Mufti.
03:10But this is the same thing.
03:12My word may seem strange to you.
03:14Mufti Muhinuddin Chishti Ajmeri.
03:17Allama Muhinuddin Chishti Ajmeri.
03:20Our ears associate these people with these words.
03:28We feel like a stranger.
03:30It is not unusual.
03:32But he was a great scholar and a Mufti.
03:34And he fulfilled the duty of preaching the religion.
03:37And he was ordered by the Holy Prophet in Madinah Munawwara.
03:43Which I am telling in short.
03:45Because there is very little time.
03:48Go to India.
03:50And disbelief is very common there.
03:52And you go there and preach the religion.
03:54And then you come here.
03:56And according to some narrations,
03:58he has converted about 900,000 people to Islam.
04:04900,000.
04:05It is the counting of that time.
04:07If you count in this time, then there is a mistake.
04:10The people of that time were also pious.
04:12They were very careful.
04:14They must have chosen this number.
04:18Or he must have kept it safe.
04:21So 900,000 violence comes forward.
04:23This means that he converted a lot of people to Islam.
04:28And when we put a person on the path of goodness.
04:31We convert him to Islam.
04:33After that, whatever good deeds he does.
04:35Then after that, his children.
04:37His progeny who are Muslims and do good deeds.
04:41So certainly, the person who was the foundation of it.
04:45For him, a lot of good deeds come forward.
04:49He was called Mu'in-ud-Din.
04:52Mu'in means helper.
04:54Because he proved to be extremely helpful in the matter of religion.
04:57And he lit the great candle of Islam in India.
05:02So that's why he got the title of Mu'in-ud-Din.
05:05And he was also known as Gharib-e-Nawaz.
05:08Gharib-e-Nawaz means the one who blesses the poor.
05:13And remember that when such titles are used for any saint.
05:18Then they are not equivalent to Allah.
05:21In fact, Gharib-e-Nawaz is my Lord.
05:23He is the one who blesses the poor.
05:25He also gives to the rich.
05:27He gives to everyone.
05:28So sometimes a whisper comes to mind.
05:31That Gharib-e-Nawaz is Allah.
05:33The one who feeds is Allah.
05:35Then why was the word used for a saint?
05:37I will tell you a few things to clear the doubt.
05:42This happened many times.
05:44And all those who are related to knowledge.
05:46Or those who belong to any school of thought.
05:49They read these hadiths in Bukhari and Muslim.
05:52That sometimes when the Prophet asked a question to the companions.
05:56Then he said in reply.
05:58Allah and his Messenger are more knowledgeable.
06:01Allah and his Messenger are more knowledgeable.
06:04One word is Aalim.
06:06Another word is Aalam.
06:08Alif, Ain, Laam, Meem.
06:10Aalam is a scholar.
06:12Aalim means the one who knows.
06:14And Aalam means the one who knows more than others.
06:18So when the companions Alim and Ridwan.
06:20Wanted to express humility in front of the Prophet.
06:24So with such words.
06:26Allah and his Messenger are more knowledgeable.
06:28Allah knows well.
06:30Allah knows more than others.
06:32The Messenger also knows.
06:34So we have never seen.
06:36That the government said in reply.
06:38Allah knows and I am a scholar.
06:40Allah knows more.
06:42I am just a scholar.
06:44I have a little knowledge.
06:46No, the government remained silent.
06:48This means that.
06:50When my Prophet.
06:52In the matter of knowledge.
06:54He heard his and Allah's Zikr together.
06:57So he accepted it on the right meaning.
06:59And on their right purpose.
07:01The government did not issue a fatwa of disbelief.
07:03He did not issue a fatwa of polytheism.
07:05He did not renew the faith of the companions.
07:09Now you can guess.
07:11Allah knows more than the Messenger.
07:13The companions said exactly the same.
07:15So why not issue a fatwa of polytheism?
07:17The answer would be that.
07:19Apparently the words were said like this.
07:21But they had the right belief in their mind.
07:23That Allah is also knowledgeable.
07:25The Messenger is also knowledgeable.
07:27But Allah being knowledgeable.
07:29Is also in contrast to the Prophet.
07:31This is the problem.
07:33No one knows more than Allah.
07:35Allah has the most knowledge.
07:37That is why Allah is more knowledgeable than the Prophet.
07:41And the Prophet is more knowledgeable.
07:43But not in the face of Allah.
07:45But in the face of creation.
07:47Therefore, more knowledge than all creatures.
07:49Our Prophet.
07:51He is the most knowledgeable of all creation.
07:53All of them.
07:55From Adam to the Day of Judgment.
07:57People will keep coming.
07:59My Prophet.
08:01Besides this.
08:03There was a fundamental difference in their mind.
08:05That Allah being familiar with the description of knowledge.
08:07From a personal point of view.
08:09No one gave it to him.
08:11Allah gave the Prophet.
08:13Allah's knowledge is ancient.
08:15That is, it is always with Allah.
08:17It is the incident of the Prophet.
08:19That is, it was not before.
08:21Then Allah gave it.
08:23Allah's limitless.
08:25The Prophet's limitless.
08:27Allah's limitless.
08:29And the Prophet.
08:31The knowledge of the blessed.
08:33It is possible that there will be an extinction.
08:35Although in reality.
08:37This will not happen.
08:39Because Allah himself said in the Qur'an.
08:41And the Hereafter is better for you than the first.
08:43O Beloved.
08:45Every moment is better for you than the first.
08:47This means that when the Companions.
08:49Along with Aalam.
08:51Allah and His Messenger.
08:53They mentioned it together.
08:55It was absolutely correct.
08:57Similarly, when a Muslim says.
08:59Khwaja Gharib Nawaz.
09:01It does not mean that he is saying against Allah.
09:03Rather, he wants to mention a description.
09:05That Khwaja.
09:07He was going to bless the poor.
09:09And he was going to bless because of Allah.
09:11Allah.
09:13If you were not blessed.
09:15You were not blessed.
09:17Allah gave you.
09:19And you never gave it.
09:21He did not do it.
09:23You kept distributing it.
09:25Therefore, there is no aspect of Shirk or Kufr.
09:27In saying Gharib Nawaz.
09:29And if someone says Gharib Nawaz to you.
09:31So bearing the wrong meanings.
09:33Taking out the wrong meaning of it.
09:35Then issuing a strict fatwa.
09:37This is completely against the nature of Sharia.
09:39So Khwaja Gharib Nawaz.
09:41The mercy of Allah.
09:43He blessed the people.
09:45And he preached the religion.
09:47And dedicated his whole life for it.
09:49And for that.
09:51He made great sacrifices.
09:53We should also think about it.
09:55When we mention the elders of the religion.
09:57For them.
09:59We do Iswaal-e-Sawab.
10:01We pray for them.
10:03We have a good faith with them.
10:05Along with this.
10:07We should follow their footsteps.
10:09We should follow their teachings.
10:11We should read their biography.
10:13And see their character and morals.
10:15And in the light of that.
10:17We should try to improve our character and morals.
10:19This should always be our effort.
10:23Sometimes we think.
10:25That we do Iswaal-e-Sawab.
10:27Like we do for Khwaja Gharib Nawaz.
10:29We make Niyaz.
10:31And I have explained it many times.
10:33Niyaz does not mean.
10:35That we are making food for Khwaja Gharib Nawaz.
10:37But the food is only for Allah.
10:41Allah will only reward us.
10:43We should try to get closer to Allah.
10:45We should try to get closer to Allah.
10:47The intention should be.
10:49That we will feed Allah.
10:51And Allah will reward us.
10:53For feeding poor people.
10:55We will give that reward.
10:57To such and such elders.
10:59And we pray for them.
11:01Some people say.
11:03When those elders.
11:05Need our prayers.
11:07They need our Iswaal-e-Sawab.
11:09What can they do?
11:11And what benefit will they give us?
11:13They are not in need.
11:15They are not in need.
11:17When we pray for the Prophet.
11:19Do you know what it is?
11:21When we make Durood towards Allah.
11:23It means to show mercy.
11:25When we make Durood towards humans.
11:27It means to pray for the Prophet.
11:29To show mercy.
11:33We say.
11:35It means.
11:37That Allah will show mercy.
11:39On the Prophet and his family.
11:41Allah will show mercy and safety.
11:43And look at us.
11:45We are commanded to make Durood.
11:47O you who believe.
11:49Send Durood and salam to the Prophet.
11:53When the Prophet.
11:55Is a mercy to the world.
11:57Do you need mercy?
11:59To make Durood?
12:01No.
12:03When we pray.
12:05We get benefit from it.
12:07In the same way.
12:09When we make Durood towards Allah.
12:11We get benefit from it.
12:13In Bukhari.
12:15When a person died.
12:17He said to Allah.
12:19I am dead.
12:21On what basis did my rank increase?
12:23Allah said.
12:25This is the reason for your good children.
12:27To pray for you.
12:29This means.
12:31When we make Durood towards Allah.
12:33We get benefit from it.
12:35When we make Durood towards Allah.
12:37This is the reason for your good children.
12:39When we pray for them.
12:41They do it for their benefit.
12:43The world gets benefit from Allah.
12:45Inshallah.
12:47The doors of intercession will open.
12:49May Allah help us to understand.
12:51We are sure that you will be with us.
12:53In the name of Allah.
12:55Someone asked.
12:57Some of your questions.
12:59Is a new place.
13:01Qibla.
13:03Is enough?
13:05It is better.
13:07If someone is present.
13:09Ask him.
13:11Sometimes these devices.
13:13Go wrong.
13:15If you have tried a device.
13:17Repeatedly.
13:19And it is accurate.
13:21It is giving you the direction of Qibla.
13:23Then.
13:25It is the position of a person.
13:27Who is present there.
13:29In the first period.
13:31This thing was not there.
13:33Then.
13:35The masjid.
13:37Local people.
13:39Signs.
13:41On the stations.
13:43Or a person.
13:45It was necessary to take care of these signs.
13:47Now.
13:49New technology has come.
13:51You can convert.
13:53But you have tried it repeatedly.
13:55Sometimes.
13:57You put a device on the bed.
13:59If you put it on the floor.
14:01There is a difference.
14:03Or sometimes it goes wrong.
14:05Try it first.
14:07Then you can do it.
14:09He says.
14:11If the imam's ablution is broken.
14:13What to do?
14:15Can he make a Naib?
14:17Or not?
14:19If the imam's ablution is broken.
14:21Then leave him.
14:23It is necessary.
14:25Will he stand without ablution?
14:27He has to establish a caliph.
14:29That's why.
14:31Those people pray behind the imam.
14:33Who have knowledge of these issues.
14:35It should be.
14:37Put your hand on the nose.
14:39Move to one side.
14:41Point to the person behind.
14:43The person behind.
14:45Take two big steps.
14:47And reach there.
14:49In Hanafi jurisprudence.
14:51Three steps in a row.
14:53This is called Amal-e-Kafeer.
14:55And can cause the disorder of prayer.
14:57The imam should continue the prayer.
14:59And if the imam's ablution is broken.
15:01Sometimes there is a door in Mehrab.
15:03Leave from there.
15:05Or go to the side.
15:07You can't sit there.
15:09You can't stand there.
15:11And praying is not allowed.
15:13By Allah.
15:15By Allah.
15:17For example.
15:19There was a normal child.
15:21He became an imam.
15:23And because of that fear.
15:25The imam made him pray without ablution.
15:27By Allah.
15:29If the imam prays without ablution.
15:31What ablution is necessary for this?
15:33Or if he prays without ablution.
15:35It is not haram.
15:37If he does this.
15:39He will be out of Islam.
15:41And if he does this out of fear.
15:43It is haram.
15:45He will be a sinner.
15:47And it is certain.
15:49There is no prayer behind an imam without ablution.
15:51Everyone's prayer will be ruined.
15:53So we should not do this.
15:55And the imam should.
15:57Tell people about these issues.
15:59Or at least those who are behind.
16:01For example.
16:03The people who are close to the community.
16:05They should know about these issues.
16:07And they should know about imamate.
16:09If the imam leaves.
16:11How will we continue the prayer?
16:13What should we read?
16:15How will we continue the prayer?
16:17How will we continue the prayer?
16:19They will have to learn all this.
16:21Let us take a call.
16:23Assalamu alaikum.
16:25Wa alaikum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu.
16:27Yes.
16:29May Allah's mercy and blessings be upon you.
16:31May your shadow be upon us.
16:33Ameen.
16:35I have 3-4 questions.
16:37If there is a picture of Pir and Murshid in the room.
16:39Can we pray in this room?
16:41And the second question.
16:43Can we pray in the clothes of men?
16:45In what?
16:47The clothes of men.
16:49And the third question.
16:51If the wife dies.
16:53Can the husband give her a shoulder?
16:55Can he see her face?
16:57Can he bury her?
16:59Can he give a shoulder to a non-Muslim?
17:01Okay. I will tell you.
17:03There is another caller.
17:05Assalamu alaikum.
17:07Assalamu alaikum.
17:09Wa alaikum assalam.
17:11Yes.
17:13Yes.
17:15I have 3 questions.
17:17I have 3 questions.
17:19Yes.
17:21My first question is.
17:23Some women come to our house.
17:25After every 15-10 days.
17:27They tell us about their problems.
17:29And ask us about their business.
17:31Okay.
17:33Can we give them money from Zakat?
17:35Okay. And?
17:37My second question is.
17:39My parents say.
17:41You should not drink milk after eating fish.
17:43Shariat has forbidden it.
17:45Okay. And?
17:47And my third question is.
17:49If a woman fasts a lot during Ramadan.
17:51And she gets a headache.
17:53Can she fast again?
17:57What do you mean?
17:59If she fasts a lot during Ramadan.
18:01What do you mean?
18:03If she fasts a lot during Ramadan.
18:05And she gets a headache.
18:07Can she fast again?
18:09Okay.
18:11I will tell you.
18:13He asked.
18:15If there is a picture of a spiritual guide in the room.
18:17How is it to offer Salah in front of him?
18:19The first thing is.
18:21It is forbidden to put pictures in the house.
18:23Prophet Muhammad said.
18:25Whether it is of a spiritual guide.
18:27Or of our parents.
18:29Or of our grandparents.
18:31You cannot put pictures in the house.
18:33If you do, you will be a sinner.
18:35And the second thing is.
18:37If there is a picture in front of you.
18:39And you offer Salah.
18:41It is forbidden.
18:43And it is a sin to offer Salah.
18:45And it is obligatory to offer Salah again.
18:47Our spiritual guide.
18:49He is doing Tabligh.
18:51And he is explaining to his disciples.
18:53And it should be like this.
18:55That we explain everything to our disciples.
18:59Because of the lack of attention.
19:01They are prone to evil.
19:03And they are sinners.
19:05Spiritual guide means.
19:07The one who shows the way.
19:09If the one who shows the way does not show the right way.
19:11Then people will be misguided.
19:13And these evil things will occur.
19:15This brother said.
19:17Can you offer Salah wearing a loincloth?
19:19See.
19:21If there is no physical impurity.
19:23Then you can definitely offer Salah in it.
19:25And the reason for this is.
19:27When.
19:29The wealth of the Prophet used to come to him.
19:31In that.
19:33The clothes of the polytheists were also there.
19:35So the companions.
19:37The companions used to say that the Prophet.
19:39His utensils used to come.
19:41So the Prophet never ordered to wash the utensils.
19:43In some narrations.
19:45He also ordered to wash.
19:47So both these narrations are present.
19:49It means that there was no physical impurity.
19:51So the mercy of the Prophet.
19:53His utensils and clothes.
19:55He ordered to use.
19:57If someone's heart does not agree.
19:59Then he wants to wash carefully.
20:01Wash.
20:03If you offer Salah without washing.
20:05There is no harm in it.
20:09He says.
20:11If the wife passes away.
20:13Can the husband see the face?
20:15Yes, he can see the face.
20:17See.
20:19This marriage ends temporarily.
20:21According to worldly law.
20:23It is not that his wife does not live.
20:25The marriage that we say.
20:27The marriage is broken.
20:29According to this.
20:31A man can keep four wives at one time.
20:33So he can marry another woman.
20:37Now if his marriage is not broken.
20:39And the marriage remains.
20:41Then she will become the fifth wife.
20:43And one person.
20:45Keep five women in marriage.
20:47It is not right.
20:49So he says that this marriage is temporarily broken.
20:51But she is really his wife.
20:53And in the hereafter.
20:55She will rise from the status of his wife.
20:57So he can see the face.
20:59He can give the funeral shoulder.
21:01He can put it in the grave.
21:03Because it is forbidden to touch without a shoulder.
21:05Without a shoulder means touching the body directly.
21:07And there is a shroud in the middle.
21:09So that's why he can take it off.
21:11Some people do not let their husband see.
21:13They do not go with him.
21:15They do not let him come near the grave.
21:17It is wrong.
21:19If he loves his wife.
21:21If he is close to her.
21:23And she is far away.
21:25This is a matter of ignorance.
21:27And in the same way.
21:29Men should not look at the face.
21:31Only put the shoulder.
21:33Yes, give the funeral shoulder.
21:35And if there is no shoulder.
21:37Then it is permissible for them to take it off in the grave.
21:41Because there is a shroud in the middle.
21:43There is a shroud in the middle.
21:45So if there is no direct heart touch on the body in the middle.
21:47Then you can take it off.
21:49This sister says.
21:51Some women come to us after every 10-15 days.
21:53With their compulsions.
21:55So can we help them with zakat?
21:59Look, if you have a strong belief.
22:01That they will be poor.
22:03Meaning they have.
22:05Equivalent to 52 tons of silver.
22:07Except for the real need.
22:09There is no other kind of wealth.
22:11Neither gold, nor silver.
22:13Nor money, nor commercial goods.
22:15Nor more than the necessities of life.
22:17Such things in the house.
22:19Whose wealth can reach 52 tons of silver.
22:21If you have such a belief.
22:23You will think that these poor people are very poor.
22:25Then you can give.
22:27And if you have even a little belief.
22:29That they have wealth.
22:31Then you can cross question.
22:33So that their heart is not hurt.
22:35Meaning that poverty.
22:37His ego should not be hurt.
22:39This is also not right.
22:41Then you can cross question.
22:43And if suppose.
22:45You do not understand even by cross questioning.
22:47And the belief is that they will be poor.
22:49Then you give them.
22:51He said.
22:53I have heard that milk and fish.
22:55And fish on milk.
22:57Or milk on fish should not be drunk.
22:59And this was forbidden by the Prophet.
23:01Maybe I heard it.
23:03Because I did not hear your voice clearly.
23:05Anyway, no one forbade it.
23:07From a medical point of view.
23:09It is said that milk should not be drunk on fish.
23:11Not for every fish.
23:13Some special fish.
23:15Which may have negative effects.
23:17On the skin.
23:19Otherwise, it is not forbidden by Sharia.
23:21The sister added.
23:23He said.
23:25We were paying Qaza of Ramadan fast.
23:27So if any sister.
23:29During this time comes.
23:31Then what will be the order?
23:33Look, this fast will not happen.
23:35Leave it.
23:37And this fast will have to be kept later.
23:39Because of this.
23:41The fast of the previous life is not forgiven.
23:43If you were paying Ramadan.
23:45As it is the month of Ramadan.
23:47And you have kept the fast.
23:49So this fast will not happen.
23:51He says.
23:53There was a question.
23:55If there is an accident.
23:57Like earthquake.
23:59Flood.
24:01He says.
24:03Fake donations become active.
24:05And some are right.
24:07What is the order of both?
24:09But it is certain.
24:11When a person wants to cheat.
24:13There is treachery in his mind.
24:15When he knows.
24:17I can not reach that level.
24:19He will keep it to himself.
24:21And if everyone is taking.
24:23I will also keep it.
24:25Even then it is not permissible.
24:27Because the purpose for which money is given.
24:29It will be necessary to use it for that purpose.
24:31Even if someone.
24:33For a special place.
24:35Give it to the earthquake.
24:37You can not distribute it among the poor.
24:39Because it has been allocated for them.
24:41You have to give it there.
24:43So this kind of donation.
24:45The kind of word you used.
24:47This is absolutely forbidden.
24:49And in the hereafter.
24:51It will be calculated strictly.
24:53It will have to be calculated.
24:55There are many such cheaters.
24:57And those who are doing the right thing.
24:59Many welfare workers are doing a very good job.
25:01If you have confidence in them.
25:03Then you give them.
25:05But in a good way.
25:07First find out.
25:09Do not make innocent.
25:11Because there is a lot of cheating these days.
25:13By showing someone's picture.
25:15By making a documentary.
25:17Emotional.
25:19And then get money out of your pockets.
25:21This art comes to many people.
25:23And in this way.
25:25Those who do the right thing.
25:27They are also defamed.
25:29Or your money does not reach the right place.
25:31And there is corruption.
25:33So you should do it in a good way.
25:35We will take a short break.
25:37We are sure you will be with us.
25:39In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate.
25:41Let's take a call first.
25:43Assalam-o-Alaikum.
25:45I wanted to ask you a question.
25:47Yes.
25:49Yes, tell me.
25:51I found a wallet in the bus.
25:53There was money in it.
25:55And there was a identification card.
25:57And there were some documents.
25:59According to the identification card.
26:01I tried a lot.
26:03To find the phone number.
26:05To contact.
26:07But there is no contact.
26:09So I wanted to ask.
26:11I will tell you.
26:13Inshallah.
26:15I will tell you.
26:17Let's take your question first.
26:19See, if you get anything like this.
26:21If it is a Muslim identification card.
26:23Then understand.
26:25If you have picked it up.
26:27Then it has become a trust.
26:29And you have to reach that Muslim.
26:31It is necessary.
26:33It means that you are not in great pain.
26:35Then it will be necessary to reach you easily.
26:37And if you know.
26:39That you have got the identification card.
26:41The address will be written on it.
26:43You write a letter.
26:45And send it to its address.
26:47And put your cell number in it.
26:49Inshallah.
26:51Within two or three days.
26:53Your letter will reach there.
26:55Because if you get it from a bus.
26:57And it goes to different areas.
26:59Then it may take some time.
27:01And if it was a local bus.
27:03Then your answer will come soon.
27:05So you tell them.
27:07I have got something from you.
27:09Do not say that I have got something from you.
27:11And it is with me.
27:13And you tell me.
27:15And when you get in contact with it.
27:17Then you can courier it.
27:19Or it will come to you.
27:21But make arrangements like this.
27:23In today's time.
27:25It is not very difficult to find someone.
27:27Especially when it is an identification card.
27:29Then the address is there.
27:31You send a letter first.
27:33So that you can contact.
27:35And give it to them.
27:37One brother had asked a question.
27:39How is eating and drinking in a graveyard?
27:41Our scholars have strictly forbidden it.
27:43It is strictly forbidden.
27:45Because it is a place of lesson.
27:47A person should remember his death there.
27:49He should pay attention to the hereafter.
27:51He should think that.
27:53I have increased my responsibility in the world.
27:55If I die suddenly today.
27:57Then how will I collect all those things.
27:59And how will I give accounts and books.
28:01And what I have said.
28:03And how will I give accounts and books.
28:05And what I have sinned.
28:07I am not repenting.
28:09So how will I go to the court of Allah and answer.
28:11If this lesson is obtained.
28:13Then a person will get advice.
28:15And then he will turn to the hereafter.
28:17He will leave sin.
28:19He will come to repentance.
28:21He will get righteousness on good deeds.
28:23While eating and drinking.
28:25Indicates the opposite state of it.
28:27That we are heedless.
28:29There is no fear there.
28:31There is no fear of the grave.
28:33We are eating and drinking.
28:35We are laughing and joking.
28:37That is why the scholars strictly forbade.
28:39Not to eat and drink in the graveyard.
28:41If someone is eating and drinking.
28:43Then they should not fight.
28:45They should love each other.
28:47One brother had asked a question.
28:49How is it to sit in the sun?
28:51We have heard a saying of Hazrat Umar Farooq.
28:53That you have forbidden to sit in the sun.
28:55And the reason is that.
28:57Sitting in the sun.
28:59Boils the skin.
29:01Shrinks the skin.
29:03And changes the color.
29:05But we have seen in science.
29:07That science says.
29:09That vitamin D is obtained from the sun.
29:11So you should sit in the sun.
29:13Now how will there be a correlation?
29:15See, science does not say.
29:17That you should sit in the sun.
29:19In fact, the early morning.
29:21Which is about 8 to 10 o'clock.
29:23The rays of that time.
29:25The rays that come to you.
29:27They are very beneficial.
29:29For your skin.
29:31They are a great source of vitamin D.
29:33And after that.
29:35Some scientists say.
29:37Doctors say.
29:39That you should not go out in the sun.
29:41Or you should not stay in the sun.
29:43Otherwise, sometimes skin cancer occurs.
29:45This can also happen.
29:47This means that Hazrat Umar Farooq.
29:49Is not forbidden.
29:51The sun that will shrink the skin.
29:53And the color will change.
29:55It will be after.
29:57And science is also saying.
29:59Do not sit in the afternoon sun.
30:01Sit in the morning cool sun.
30:03In the light sun.
30:05It benefits humans.
30:07So there is no collision between the two.
30:09And you are sitting in the sun.
30:11But in the morning time.
30:13So God willing, it is expected to be very beneficial.
30:15From a medical point of view.
30:17A brother had asked a question.
30:19To a Mufti.
30:21How is it to answer a false question?
30:25Look.
30:27There can be two aspects to this question.
30:29One aspect is that.
30:31By lying.
30:33He took the answer.
30:35And told someone.
30:37Did not tell the question.
30:39And said that Mufti has said this.
30:41That is, he took the answer of his meaning.
30:43He himself raised his question.
30:45False question.
30:47So this is completely wrong.
30:49Because as I explained to you before.
30:51Research is not necessary on the Mufti.
30:53We will give you the answer according to the Mufti.
30:55Yes, if there is a judge.
30:57Then he sits the two teams.
30:59And then he listens to both.
31:01Then he does cross questioning.
31:03Let's see who is lying.
31:05Who is wrong.
31:07Like our courts these days.
31:09There is a judge sitting in it.
31:11And the lawyer gives his arguments from both sides.
31:13And then the judge decides in the light of those arguments.
31:15So this is the job of the judge.
31:17But this is not the job of the Mufti.
31:19Yes, sometimes it happens that the question is doubtful.
31:21Sometimes the question is doubtful.
31:23Or you have to find out about some heirs.
31:25That you did not mention such and such heir.
31:27Is he alive or dead?
31:29If there is, then tell me.
31:31Otherwise, the order will be changed.
31:33But investigating every issue.
31:35This is not the job of the Mufti.
31:37That is why I told you.
31:39Some Muftis.
31:41When they answer.
31:43Sometimes they say.
31:45If what the questioner has written is true.
31:47Then this is the answer.
31:49You will ruin your own hereafter.
31:51You will ruin the hereafter of others.
31:53And nothing will happen to the Mufti.
31:55And one thing happens.
31:57That you.
31:59The false question means.
32:01That you do not need.
32:03And you question.
32:05So that the Mufti answers.
32:07And some more people.
32:09Learn knowledge by listening to this answer.
32:11If this is the case, then there is no harm.
32:13But it is not called a false question.
32:15Yes, you can say that by making a false question.
32:17It is a different thing.
32:19Anyway, on both sides.
32:21If you make a question like that.
32:23For a good purpose from a Mufti.
32:25That when you answer.
32:27Then the people sitting.
32:29If you ask in the program.
32:31Then many people listen.
32:33And it may be a matter of someone's need.
32:35He will also get answers.
32:37The rest of the people will get knowledge.
32:39It is a very good thing.
32:41But remember this too.
32:43To question a religious scholar.
32:45Let me prove my knowledge.
32:47See what kind of question I did.
32:49I got stuck in front of Allah.
32:51Remember this too.
32:53It is the humiliation and insult of a religious scholar.
32:55And such an intention is also a sin.
32:57It will have to be saved.
32:59A brother asked a question.
33:01In our school.
33:03In the uniform.
33:05The girls wear a shirt and a skirt.
33:07And the boys have a shirt and a necker.
33:09This is from the third class.
33:11This is up to the twelfth class.
33:13And if it is necessary to teach.
33:15What will be the order?
33:17See the girls.
33:19It will be an order to cover the whole body from the beginning.
33:21Because even if the girl is three years old.
33:23The filth that you are seeing in the society.
33:25In that.
33:27Poor girls.
33:29Children are going to read the Qur'an.
33:31Small girls.
33:33If you wrap yourself completely.
33:35Then satanism prevails.
33:37I am surprised.
33:39The PT teacher.
33:41He is a male.
33:43And the girls are mixing with him.
33:45So anyway.
33:47It is not permissible at all.
33:49Everywhere there is a system of alternative education.
33:51The same system should be adopted.
33:53So the girls can not be allowed at all.
33:55And if the boys have a small child.
33:57Like the third year.
33:59Fourth, fifth, sixth.
34:01It will go on until the sixth year.
34:03But when you reach the seventh year.
34:05So the child too.
34:07To gradually make the Sharia law mandatory.
34:09That is, to make it mandatory.
34:11The Sharia law was not made mandatory.
34:13But to make us aware of it.
34:15And in this way.
34:17It becomes mandatory to bring it close to religion.
34:19So that until he is an adult.
34:21He gets complete training.
34:23And after adulthood.
34:25Then it is not a burden to adopt such things.
34:27That is why the Prophet said.
34:29If the child is seven years old.
34:31Then give him the command of prayer.
34:33And if he is ten years old.
34:35Then kill him and teach him prayer.
34:37And if the child is seven years old.
34:39Then it is not allowed for him to open his knees.
34:41Then there should be some alternative arrangement for this.
34:43When you understand.
34:45That there is a school.
34:47In which there are things against Sharia.
34:49Then you should meet people from all over the area.
34:51Meet some serious people.
34:53Keep a separate foundation of a good school.
34:55Hire teachers.
34:57By the way, business is also very good these days.
34:59And in it, a little good way.
35:01Arrangement of education.
35:03In the previous program.
35:05That if Imam Sahib does Sajda Sahaf.
35:07And Masbook is behind.
35:09He came late and joined.
35:11He was asked whether he would greet the Imam or not.
35:13The first thing is that.
35:15The jurists have forbidden.
35:17That Masbook should not greet the Imam in Sajda Sahaf.
35:21But it is not so strict.
35:23Yes, it is necessary.
35:25If Masbook greets for Sajda Sahaf.
35:27So did he greet for Sajda Sahaf?
35:31Or did he greet to get out of prayer?
35:33Because if he came late.
35:35And before that Imam Sahib.
35:37He has left the obligation.
35:39And he does not know.
35:41So he will think that Imam Sahib is greeting.
35:43He will finish the prayer.
35:45If he greets Sajda Sahaf.
35:47Then his prayer will be corrupted.
35:49Because if he greets a little later.
35:51Or he greets with the intention of getting out of prayer.
35:53Then the prayer will be corrupted.
35:55And if he came late.
35:57But after that Imam Sahib.
35:59Sahablahiq.
36:01It has been done.
36:03And now he is greeting Imam Sahib.
36:05It is not so strict.
36:07But it is written.
36:09It is better not to do it.
36:11Yes, he will do Sajda with Imam Sahib.
36:13It is necessary to do Sajda Sahaf.
36:17A brother asked.
36:19A sister said.
36:21My child is more beautiful than all beauties.
36:23Like a mother loves her child.
36:25Someone said no.
36:27The Prophet is more beautiful than all beauties.
36:29What will be the judgment?
36:31See what the mother said.
36:33Did she put the Prophet in her mind.
36:35Or Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain.
36:37May Allah be pleased with them.
36:39Or Hazrat Yusuf.
36:41He said that my son is more beautiful than all these beauties.
36:45Is it certain or not?
36:47There are some people.
36:49Who try to make themselves.
36:51A carrier of a unique thought.
36:53And these are mostly those.
36:55Mostly those who are.
36:57The type of intellectual orphans.
36:59I am using the word angry.
37:01Who do not have much information.
37:03But because they do not have the ability.
37:05To overcome people in any other way.
37:07So they find such points.
37:09And say things.
37:11And scare the audience.
37:13That you do not know.
37:15This should be said for the Prophet.
37:17You are saying for him.
37:19Worry about your faith.
37:21The audience is afraid.
37:23And this is not right.
37:25Whenever someone is saying something to someone.
37:27In what context is he saying?
37:29As we say, the Prime Minister.
37:31He is the Prime Minister.
37:33So who will be the Prime Minister?
37:35The Prime Minister.
37:37The Prime Minister is the deputy.
37:39So if you look at the Prime Minister of Allah.
37:41So if the Prophets are called the Prime Minister.
37:43The deputy of Allah.
37:45In this respect, it should be the Prophet.
37:47So someone is saying in confrontation.
37:49That is why it is not in confrontation.
37:51What the Prophet said was absolutely right.
37:53Whoever said that he took the name of the government.
37:55He said it wrong.
37:57The time of the program is almost over.
37:59If Allah wills it.
38:01We will get the honor of meeting.
38:03Until then, our guest.
38:05The whole team of KTV.
38:07Please have mercy on us.
