07:30A second generation ship is expected to arrive on the shores of Guayaquil this Thursday to
07:36help generate electricity.
07:38Since September 23rd of this year, Ecuador has been facing prolonged blackouts that have
07:43lasted up to 14 hours a day in the midst of the drought.
07:47In this context, questions have been raised about the government's lack of timely action
07:51to address the situation.
07:58In Mexico, Mexican women, surging mothers and relatives of femicide victims began a
08:03hunger strike in front of the Chiapas State Government building on Wednesday, demanding
08:08justice for the disappeared.
08:10The 12 leaders of the group began an indefinite hunger strike until the governor and the attorney
08:16general responded to their demands for such injustice.
