00:00Lions are still the favorite to be the number one seed minus 125. Philadelphia is right on their heels, but the Lions at this point, Jacob, have suffered so many injuries, not just to Aiden Hutchinson, a little bit over a month ago, but several other players. Alex Anzalone, their defense is just shattered right now. I mean, I just hope for their sake, they can get that by because if for some reason they're forced to play in the first week of the playoffs, it could be a quick out.
00:30Crazy to think.
00:31Yeah, because if they get that number five seed, they're probably going to play the Buccaneers or the Rams and both of those teams is the Buccaneers.
00:38They beat the Lions earlier in the year, and we saw last year that Rams Lions playoff game was excellent.
00:44Two really great coaches, Dan Campbell and Sean McVay going head to head.
00:49But with the state of the Lions and how banged up they currently are, it's hard to back them in this.
00:54So I agree with you 100%.
00:56Their focus down the stretch needs to be doing everything they can to get that number one overall seed.
01:01Just get some of those pieces back for their potential Super Bowl run.
01:05Now, like I said, Dan Campbell's a great coach.
01:07I think Aaron Glenn has done really an excellent job with that defense.
01:11Ben Johnson, as we know, is one of the top young offensive minds in the game.
01:15So I think their coaching staff will keep them competitive no matter what.
01:19But after a certain point, you just get so many injuries and it's impossible to overcome them.
01:25Their offense is going to stay strong, but I just don't know how their defense is going to hold up.
01:29And as we saw against the Bills, against really good mobile quarterbacks like Josh Allen and guys who could throw the ball down the field,
01:37they're going to have trouble preventing them from scoring just because of the sheer number of injuries there.
