00:00At grassroots level, volunteers are the backbone of the club. Without them, it just doesn't
00:10function. You know, just from picking kit up, making sure the kit gets cleaned, seem
00:15to mark in the pit, looking after tidying up after it. On the days like today, with
00:21a bit of standing water on the pitch, we've put the call out there to get the boys down
00:26and there's about half a dozen of them out there forking the pitch, making sure we get
00:30the game playing no matter what. Especially with the weather we have in Wales, it's got
00:35to be done. Dylan, a young lad, 17 years of age, very positive. He's had a bit of a tragedy
00:48where his brother came and passed away from cancer. They hold a Keown Memorial Day every
00:54year which he participates in and makes sure it runs. He helps out with the junior section
00:59and is currently a quarter of the under-8s. For a young centre, to be wanting to do that
01:04is great. If you ask him, most of the time you ask him about doing a scoreboard, he doesn't
01:08know what to do with those happy goals in his stomach. So from my point of view, nothing
01:14is a problem with him and I get that from parents. Obviously, you're coaching somebody
01:19who's 8 years old, it's great, the experience he's got. He's just enthusiastic and you can't
01:27beat that. He loves Dylan.
