00:40Pew Auctions believe the property may represent an opportunity for redevelopment or change
00:45of use subject to any necessary consents and the listing details its close proximity to
00:50schools, Bramley Park and Bramley Library.
00:53The auction is scheduled to open on Tuesday 3rd December and will end on the 4th.
