00:35Monday to Saturday as it faces a multi-million pound budget gap. Blue badge holders will be
00:40exempt and payments will be made by bank card or mobile phone app with card payments including a
00:4515 pence fee. A council report said cash payments are not proposed due to the problem of theft and
00:51vandalism. One hour parking would be free then £1.15 for two hours rising to a daily maximum of £3.65.
