00:34implemented where viable. The new ticket machines will be solar powered and the
00:39parking charges are being introduced to help the Council plug a multi-million pound budget gap.
00:44More than 14,000 people took part in a public consultation on the proposals and 671 lodged
00:51formal objections for the fees which will be set at £1 for up to two hours, £2.50 for a half day
00:57and £4 for all day.
