00:00LRT-1 Cavite Extension Project is now in operation.

00:04More than 80,000 commuters are expected to be served.

00:16Yes, Princess. The operation of the LRT-1 Cavite Extension Project has already begun.

00:22President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. led the inauguration of the first part of the project.

00:30Five new stations will be added to the six-kilometer railway from Redemptorist, Asiana to Dr. Santos, Paranaque.

00:39Because of that, an hour's journey from Pasay to Paranaque will be shortened to just 30 minutes.

00:47Meanwhile, the current schedule of the LRT-1 Cavite Extension Project is scheduled to be completed by the end of the month.

00:56Instead of using private vehicles, the government is encouraging our countrymen to use mass transportation.
