00:05Let's find out the latest weather situation in Baguio-Nica.

00:12So, where is Baguio-Nica going, ADG?

00:15Well, as far as I know, it's going to the northern part of Luzon.

00:21Supposedly, it's going to landfall in the Isabela area.

00:26So, let's just find out the latest weather situation in Baguio-Nica

00:33and how the government is preparing for this possible effect on our countrymen.

00:41So, let's find out the latest weather situation in Baguio-Nica,

00:45the northern Luzon, after it landfalled in Dilasag, Aurora,

00:49earlier this morning at 8 AM.

00:52According to Pag-Asa, Baguio-Nica landed in the northern part of Luzon

00:56at the end of last night.

00:59It's moving eastward at a speed of 25 km per hour

01:04with a wind speed of 130 km per hour

01:08and a downpour of up to 160 km per hour.

01:12At present, the signal number 4 in 7 places in Luzon is still high.

01:18Signal number 3 in 11 places in Luzon.

01:21Signal number 2 in 10 places in Luzon.

01:24And signal number 1 in several places in Luzon, including Metro Manila.

01:29According to Pag-Asa, Baguio-Nica will also cross the mainland of Luzon

01:35and will pass through the sea in the northern part of Ilocos Sur this afternoon or evening.

01:41After this, the storm will move eastward in the west Philippine Sea

01:48and will pass through the Philippine Area of Responsibility tomorrow morning or afternoon.

01:54Meanwhile, the Tropical Depression continues to grow

01:58and is being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility

02:02as it moves eastward.

02:07According to Pag-Asa, it is expected to enter the country tomorrow morning

02:13and will be called Ophel.

02:15Monitoring of another bad weather outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility will continue.
