00:08The government is continuously warning the residents of Cagayan and the nearby provinces in Northern Luzon

00:14due to the effects of the Marseille Flood.

00:16According to the Cagayan Provincial Information Office, five towns are in Signal No. 2.

00:21These include the towns of Santa Ana, Gonzaga, Lalo, Santa Teresita, and Buguey.

00:27Some public and private schools were suspended due to the effects of the flood.

00:31The residents of coastal areas were also warned.

00:34First, the LGUs conducted a pre-disaster risk assessment in Cagayan.

00:39Other agencies were also involved.

00:41In Isabela, the Disaster Response Group and Coast Guard personnel were already alerted

00:46while implementing the no-sale policy.

00:49In addition, the DSWD is continuously repacking relief goods.

00:53The DSWD is also preparing 1.3 million family food packs

01:25Signal No. 2 is in the eastern part of Babuyan Islands and the northern part of Cagayan.

01:32Signal No. 1 in Batanes, which is the southern part of Babuyan Islands,

01:36is the remaining part of Cagayan,

01:38Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Apayao, Abra, Calinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao,

01:44northern part of Benguet, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, and northern part of Aurora.
