What a great time! Started out with 138lb, moved up to 164½lb, then 187½lb and after a miss got 209lb! Praise the Lord! Definitely can feel the lack of tightness in the Upper Back to really launch these properly. Some High Bar Squats to overload the Upper Back should get me back in shape. Always gonna be indebted to Arthur Saxon for this incredible lift! God Bless!
