One of my hard & fast rules when training someone is about whether or not they can fix the movement. If they can't make the reps go right, the weight is simply too heavy and/or they're too tired. No sense learning & reinforcing bad habits! Weights were 148lb, 159lb, 170lb, 181lb, 192lb, 203lb, 218lb. Gotta admit that hittin' 218lb on Arthur Lifts after being sick for 3 weeks is FINE BY ME! Being able to readjust and get it right the 2nd time is icing on the cake! I say Jackson 50s, but they're obviously Jack LaLanne 50s! Hope you're heading into a great weekend. God Bless YOU!
