00:00Phil's trying to battle for the top spot in the National League.
00:06They get a victory yesterday in Atlanta.
00:10It wasn't easy.
00:11It was low-scoring once again.
00:13It's a 3-2 win for the Phil's over the Braves.
00:17Aaron Ola solid for Philadelphia.
00:19Max Fried solid on the other side for Atlanta, but it was only
00:23Orlando Arcia that could scratch across a run, a two-run home
00:27run for the Braves.
00:29It was Brandon Marsh in a pinch-hitting spot in the top of
00:32the eighth, and RBI's Zach Fly.
00:34That was the difference.
00:35That was the game winner for the Phil's.
00:38Yeah, after Arcia's home run, I shut the game off.
00:40I couldn't take it anymore.
00:40Just watching again, the Chipotle Brave being the better baseball
00:43team over the Phillies.
00:44And you take a look at, you know, Trey Turner 0-3, Harper 0-4,
00:48Boehm 0-4, Castellanos 0-3, Ramuto 0-2.
00:52That's the middle of your lineup.
00:53And that is a lot of big paychecks on the line right now
00:55that are not performing.
00:57But Aaron Ola did what he needed to do in that game.
00:59Keep the Phillies in it.
01:00The bullpen, even though they slipped up late in the ninth
01:02inning with Estevez, they still were able to get the victory,
01:05which is the most important thing.
01:06But this should be a coronation series for the Phillies.
01:09They should be wiping the floor with the Atlanta Braves and
01:11the same structure that's coming back that what we saw post
01:14All-Star break is still here.
01:16The team just cannot hit and the biggest players on the team
01:19not stepping up right now.
01:20And still they're able to win.
01:21Why? Imagine if the Atlanta Braves were fully healthy yesterday.
01:24Braves probably win that game 11-3 and pace the Phillies,
01:27but they have I mean the lineup that they're running out there
01:29and still being competitive.
01:30That's admirable.
01:31It really is for the Braves as they try to hang on to that
01:33final wildcard spot.
01:35But even though the Phillies won and it's nice, it's just not
01:38a good performance though.
01:39That lineup needs to perform and it just hasn't done so after
01:42the All-Star break.
