03:41 This is clearly stated in the Quran as divorce is a two-time divorce.

05:16 that is, what is given with clear words is divorce of the wife,
05:21 but the clear words, the clear words mean that divorce which is generally not used to divorce,
05:26 leave my house, or go from here, I have no relation,
05:30 such words which are generally not used to divorce in that form,
05:34 divorce is given to me and the intention is to divorce, then that divorce is binding.

06:40 that the divorce that is given with clear words, if one divorce is given,
06:44 then that divorce is called Rajay divorce,
06:47 but if divorce is given with the words of Kinaya,
06:50 then the divorce that occurs in the form of intention or the state of the situation,
06:53 that divorce is Bain.
06:55 The general principle is the same, but there are some specific forms,
06:58 in those specific forms it happens that in giving divorce with clear words,
07:02 divorce of Bain is given instead of Rajay.
07:05 The general principle is the same as was stated, but there are some exceptional examples,
07:09 like if there is a woman who got married, but did not get married,
07:14 and there was no separation between husband and wife,
07:19 that is, there was no loneliness and no divorce,
07:22 in such a case, if divorce is given with clear words,
07:25 then that divorce is not Rajay, that divorce is Bain,
07:29 so the woman leaves the marriage from the first divorce.
07:32 This is a specific case.
07:35 If divorce is given with clear words,
07:39 that divorce can be given without Nikah-e-Jadid during the period of Iddah,
07:44 but if it is not given during the period of Iddah,
07:47 the period of Iddah is complete,
07:49 then that divorce is converted into Bain.

07:54 then it cannot be given without Nikah-e-Jadid,
07:57 now the Nikah will be done on the 9th of Asr,

11:41 a person thinks of committing a sin,
11:43 but he does not do it.
11:45 So, Allah SWT does not give a command on such a thing.
11:47 The command that is given,
11:49 is given when it is failed.
11:51 When it is acted, then it will be done.
11:53 This is especially the case of divorce.
11:55 You know that,
11:56 the devil is the most beloved act of the devil,
11:58 to get a divorce between the husband and wife.
12:00 Sometimes, even on a small matter,
12:02 anger comes in the mind,
12:04 that such a thought comes in the mind.
12:06 So, this happens from the devil's side.
12:08 And because of this,
12:10 it is not that the divorce is given.
12:12 Divorce will be given at the same time,
12:14 when a person either speaks with his mouth,
12:16 or writes and gives.
12:18 That is, the divorce will be given only when the divorce is written.
12:20 The command will not be given only on the thought.
12:22 Okay, that means,
12:24 the divorce will be given only in two cases.
12:25 Either it is said with the tongue,
12:27 or it is written and given.
12:29 And whatever else Mufti Sahib told us.

12:33 Mufti Sahib, tell us,
12:35 we talked about divorce in the context of Maulak,
12:37 and then we talked about Wasfasi,
12:39 and then we talked about divorce in the context of Khayari Khayari.

12:43 Both questions have been answered.
12:45 We have talked about the actual matter.
12:47 The thing is that,
12:49 the guidance that Allah SWT has given us,
12:51 in the matter of thought and thought.
12:53 The thought should be good.
12:54 The thoughts should also be good.
12:56 Sometimes it happens that a person keeps thinking,
12:58 keeps thinking,
13:00 and eventually,
13:02 the form of words is taken,
13:04 and the words are fulfilled by the tongue.
13:06 The thoughts that are going on in the mind of the person.
13:08 So, it is better in thoughts,
13:10 that you should not think about it again and again.
13:12 If you think again and again,
13:14 the thoughts will be cooked,
13:16 then someday the words will come on the tongue,
13:18 then you will regret.
13:20 So, such thoughts should not be nurtured without reason.
13:22 But if a thought comes,
13:23 then divorce does not happen just by thinking or by thinking.
13:28 Similarly, the matter of sin is also such that,
13:30 it is not just a sin to think or think.
13:34 This is the mercy of Allah SWT
13:37 upon the Ummah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH)
13:39 that it has been forgiven,
13:41 and it has been said in the Hadith Sharif,
13:44 that Allah SWT has said to the angels,
13:46 that when my servant intends to do something bad,
13:48 do not write it down until he does it.
13:51 And if he leaves the bad,
13:52 then the intention of Allah SWT
13:54 and the intention of the intention of Allah SWT
13:56 and then it stops because Allah is angry,
13:58 then it is said that write goodness instead of it.
14:01 Meaning, goodness is also written,
14:03 and the intention of doing goodness,
14:05 is rewarded on that intention.
14:07 Doing goodness is the intention of the believer,
14:09 as it is said,
14:11 that the intention of the believer is better than his action.
14:13 If the intention is rewarded,
14:15 whether the person has done the work or not,
14:17 the intention of doing goodness,
14:20 or the intention of doing goodness,
14:21 or the thought of doing goodness,
14:23 is a good deed in itself,
14:25 and it has its own blessings.
14:27 The rest is about sin,
14:29 but let me clarify one thing,
14:31 that one is to make a firm intention,
14:33 which is called the determination of the determined.
