Jos Buttler is the first England captain to go into an ODI World Cup as the defending champion. But the prolific batter was candid enough to admit that England are in the same position now as every other team. He also said that players who have played in the Indian Premier League surely will have a lot of familiarity even though the format is different. (Video: ICC)

00:00 No, not for me. I think I've spoken quite a bit about not feeling like we're defending
00:10 anything. We're here very much in the same position now as every other team. We're here
00:16 to try and win the World Cup. We look forward to what's going to be a great tournament.
00:21 We're all starting in the same place and have big dreams and ambitions going all the way.
00:29 I think it gives us a lot of familiarity with the venues and the travel around India, the
00:35 hotels you stay in and those kind of things. We know what to expect. Obviously, we're playing
00:41 50 over cricket, not 20 over cricket as you would in the IPL. Lots of the other teams
00:47 are in a similar position with that. Many players from all around the world come here
00:50 and experience the IPL. I believe that's an advantage for most teams to have played quite
00:56 a bit of cricket in India.
