I guess that shoulder was OK with One Hand Overhead Squats & Front Squats, but not Jerks w/64kg cuz these felt HORRIBLE! Could l have kept going? Yes. SHOULD I have kept going? Probably not. The technique was fine, the musculature was not. How far to push an injury comes from years if not DECADES of experience. Remember, if you whip you body, it will eventually whip YOU!
