Pullover & Press in Wrestler's Bridge 140.5lb for a double. Bridges with just body weight before Squats or Benching are great for opening up that rib cage and getting a deep connection with that upper back arch. I would have to start doing these weekly to get the head used to the pressure if l was looking to PR. Wrestler's Bridges are also good during & after a day of sitting, looking down at your phone.
