Something I came up with for a client a couple of months ago. The goal isn't to lift the knee up AS MUCH AS trying to turn to foot sideways(Inversion). The purpose of this is to work the Sartorius muscle. I COULD hold on to something doing these but, I like the challenge of trying to balance as I perform the lift. Lastly, notice I am standing on a small block?? This isn't just to ensure a full ROM but, to also traction the ankle, knee and hip socket. This can be a good warm up before Squats, Jumps, running, etc. or it can be a good finisher. You can stay at a certain weight or you can add weight to get stronger if need be. Only YOU know what YOU need!! God Bless!!
