Some Cross Legged Side Bends also happened as part of this morn's fasted training. After a warm up set with a 50lb Scale Weight, i went up to a relatively easy but, deliberate single with Ravishing Rick Rude Dumbbell (125lb). I lowered the bell all the way to the floor, released any tension and then pulled up AND over I the opposite side. Working side leg is behind and straight. Weight holding side leg is in front and BENDS more as the weight gets closer to the floor. If you have tight QL, TFL or a lower back that says WTF from being so tight, l CAN'T recommend these enough. Why did I work up to a single with 125lb?? So you'll like me?? Because my contract requires it?? To show how big my bells are?? It's to show that there's NO SUCH THING as a weak lift, only weak attitudes. No, you don't have to lift this heavy on these but, you also DON'T have to not lift heavy on these. Just get strong enough so the lift can cause the changes you want: JUST LIKE ANY OTHER LIFT!! Good Luck & God Bless!!
