00:00The best advice I would give to the next generation is get started today with an idea that you might
00:05have. It's only when you have bias towards action do you actually start to uncover the problem set
00:10and get to the outcomes faster. Place an emphasis on creativity and continuous learning. I think
00:15historically we've had the idea that we would have to learn in sort of segments of our careers. Now
00:21we're going to all have to learn continuously as the world's changing so fast. I would tell Gen Z
00:25to make themselves indispensable. It's what I did early in my career. I looked for problems that
00:31other people weren't seeing and I proactively went to try to solve them. I think if nothing else the
00:37last few years have shown us how quickly things can evolve and change and just to be continue to
00:42be nimble always be a lifelong learner. Really keep an open mind and keep your options open. The world
00:48is changing very fast. My only career advice would be definitely use AI in your day-to-day but you
00:53probably already are. I think the thing I wish I had known sooner was to bet on myself. All the
00:59startup founders I've learned we bet on ourselves and I think bet on you. They should be thinking
01:04about being adaptable but most importantly by choosing things to do that they really enjoy. Dive deep.
01:11At a time we're talking about AI so much has to do with what AI can do and cannot do. Find out for
01:15yourself how things work. Really embrace AI. Understand how you use this day-to-day so become AI natives.
01:23I have a couple daughters and this is the this is the advice that I share with them. Try your best.
01:28If you're gonna get into something put your whole self into it. Find that career that you are willing
01:34to put your 100% authentic self into and when you do that it becomes a love affair. It's beautiful.
