Fortune asked top executives whether workers should be worried about AI taking their jobs.
Transcript
00:00No I don't think so. I think if anything they should be excited that their jobs
00:03are probably gonna be more interesting with AI. Personally I don't think workers
00:07should be concerned about AI taking their jobs because AI can do all the
00:10boring stuff better than we can and they can do all the things that we don't want
00:13to do. So why not let them do it? Not really. For anybody that really
00:17practices with AI all the time you will see that it's a nice tool, it's very
00:20helpful. So like everything it'll become a helpful part of our day. Workers should
00:25be looking at AI as a way to make their jobs easier so they can actually turn
00:29their attention to continuing to grow their careers. Workers should be
00:33concerned about how AI takes certain jobs and therefore adaptability is the name
00:39of the game. Workers are concerned about AI taking their jobs but I think you've
00:43got to look at it slightly differently. I think nowadays you've got to be
00:46somebody that's using AI to augment what you're doing. I'm a big believer that
00:50humans who are not getting comfortable with artificial intelligence certainly
00:55should be concerned about the future of their jobs and future of their
00:59employment.
