Peace and calmness across J&K and Punjab as Ind-Pak reach understanding on cessation of hostilities

New Delhi, May 11 2025 (ANI): Situation seems normal in Akhnoor, Poonch and Rajouri of Jammu and Kashmir after India Pakistan seal an understanding on cessation of hostilities. Punjab’s Ferozepur too saw calmness overnight as there were no drones sighted over the city from Pakistan’s side. India and Pakistan on Saturday worked out an understanding on stoppage of firing and military action. However, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar noted in a post on X that India will continue its firm and uncompromising stance against terrorism
