00:00As we're racing towards summer, just a quick tip on sunscreen.
00:03When you get your sunscreen, turn the bottle around.
00:07Because on the back, you'll see a PAO number.
00:11It's usually 12 or 24 months.
00:13PAO stands for period after opening.
00:17And it's how long the sunscreen is still going to give you protection for once you've opened it.
00:22So then when you do open it, put a little note of what date, write that onto the sunscreen,
00:27and you'll know if you try to use it in a year's time, whether it's still valid or not.
00:31And hopefully, if you've got 24 months, you won't need to buy a new one thinking,
00:35oh, I'd better chuck that away, it's too old.
00:37Because it'll still be valid, and you save yourself a little bit of cash.
